Great value for money. Taste plus service. Give it a try if you love vegetarian. Sweets are good if not great.

Heard about Pushap (vegetarian Indian) and their amazing lunches at incredible prices. Went to Pushap today and was very impressed. The restaurant was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a lunch plate consisting of three vegetable curries, rice, coleslaw and bread all for only $6.50. We arrived just before noon and glad we did since the restaurant quickly... More

Pushap is a simple place with all the pleasure that simplicity brings. Small, low key, informal, no alcohol, but the food makes you believe you are in Punjab having the best local home made food. Why, because it is home made. the best samosa in Montreal, best dal, roti is just of the tawa. paratas filled with potatoes are a... More

We had been here as we are looking for a veggie only restaurant. As my in-law would not eat at places where they serve meat also. The food is very cheap. The ambiance is ok. Yes for the price, its worth it. Its good to go to a place where the food is average and price is low, instead of... More

I could eat the delicious samosas until Inwas full! The food here is good and so inexpensive. A great place for vegetarian Indian food, a samosa and vegetarian plate is about $7 and I ncludes your choice of a sweet from the many varieties they always have at the front counter. Nothing fancy here, but the food is always tasty... More

I know this place since 20 years, I never got disappointed, always excellent food and service. Best samosas and pakoras in Mtl. The Take out is quick and practical. I love this place.

I love this place. I come here at lease once a month to get my fix of Indian food. I usually take the Thali. This comes with two veggies and a choice of chick peas or lentils. It's served with rice and choice of non-fried or fried nan bread. Both are great. The veggies change daily. I have had most... More

I love Indian food and have had it all over Montreal and South-Shore, Pushap is by far the best and cheapest vegetarian restaurant so far, everything is authentic!...The owner is friendly and always fast at serving his customers. Highly recommended!
