Mythos Ouzeri offers food from homemade recipes, originating from many areas of Greece. From the high lavish mountains of Peloponnesos, to the extravagant island of Crete. Traditional Greek decor, cozy atmosphere in addition to a great band (Thursday to Saturday), makes for a splendid evening.

it's all fine but not the swordfish

tried: calamari and fried zucchini for appetizers, excellent. Swordfish: atrocious. If you like fat fish oozing very salty oil, you will like it. otherwise, atrocious. BUT the zucchini and the calamari are Excellent. otherwise, yeah, great for groups, not fancy at all, would be good for a causal... read more

Decided to give Mythos another try. Well the restaurant is busy as usual but the food remained average at best. The price to quality is definitely not there, and not nearly as good as some smaller Greek restaurants in the area. Servicing was acceptable but not great either Overall if you want to go a well known restaurant it is... More

Ten close friends enjoyed a large variety of the menu items and enjoyed all that was offered. Definitely going back next visit.

Mythos gets a lot of great reviews so our visit was disappointing. We were a group of 4, love Greek cuisine, and none of us could rave about the food. The lamb was very fatty and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The best thing about the meal was the bread and black olive spread. Many of the items on... More

I have eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants, and this is the best meal I have had outside of Greece. The first bite took me straight back. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its quality and customer service. Not the cheapest, but worth the extra money!

Great wine and drink varieties, lots off classic Greek dishes to choose form. Homestyle cooking beautifully executed. Dolmades with avgolemno sauce, octopus salad and their fried zucchini are my favourite items. Good service, great atmosphere, live Greek music on weekends. A great spot to visit if you need a Greek fix.

One of the best greek restaurants I have tried so far. Not much different from the food in Greece..Service was great! We went during lunch hour on a week day and will be returning on a weekend for some greek dancing and some more great food!

We were a group of 40 people celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. Staff was friendly, food was good, Greek style ambiance was great. They had live music playing in the background. Overall a great night out.

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
