My husband and I recently enjoyed an excellent meal at Le Mas des Oliviers. Using the Tuango coupon we started with soup which was excellent followed by shrimp croquettes which were crispy and tasty. My salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband had rabbit prepared in an excellent sauce which he happily soaked up with bread. Dessert was a... More

We visit Le Mas a few times a year, usually for a special occasion. Tonight we just felt like treating ourselves to something special so we went just for that reason. We started with two lovely hot soups as it was -12 outside. The soup of the day was cream of carrot, not my favorite because it is usually made... More

I was expected french food. No even close, sauce is not french, just ketchup mixed with wine. It was very expensive for what they offer. We spended $ 100 just for 2 meals , no alcohol, left disappointed. Husband ate his meal (he was hungry), I left my meal on the plate, I even could not eat.

Just returned from a memorable and most enjoyable lunch in celebration of my mom's 94th birthday. I can't begin to describe the warmth and 'politesse' with which we were greeted and served. What I find what is lacking in these new restos is the old-style concern for the comfort of the patrons. They would be well served to learn from... More

When I first came to Le Mas in 1984, I was a trainee with kind (and better paid) friends who brought me here. This time, I was back in Montreal for work, and went with a large group of 25+ for dinner. Of course, for such a large group, we did not have access to the full menu, but the... More

OMG! Terrific supper, loved it! Cute place, a la French country restaurant. The menu is classic French meals, and the table d'hote has a good range of choices at reasonable prices. Service was attentive without being over-bearing. We got a wonderful suggestion for wine that worked well with both the fish I was having and the beef that my husband... More

My colleagues and I had a wonderful dinner here last night. The staff was extremely attentive and fun and the food was excellent (I had the filet). Very quaint and cozy atmosphere. You can't go wrong!

First visit, bought a tuango coupon for tasting menu. Food is amazing, real authentic French food. Good service! Will go back for sure!

This is a very good classic French restaurant with some more "modern" items on the menu. Very attentive service and nice presentation of the food. This is where one goes for a long dinner on a cold night!

I would not recommend this restaurant. Neither the food nor the atmosphere are worth a visit. There are many restaurants in Montreal that offer way better food and experience.
