Recommended by the hotel staff. Upscale steakhouse with bar. Friendly and fast service ,nice wine list and delicious bread. We all ordered steaks which were perfectly cooked and tasty. Glad we ate there and would recommend to tourists in great location.

Upscale steakhouse in Old Town, Montreal. Seems pricey, but food and service was excellent. About right for a tourist area. Dined on prime rib, which was perfect! With drinks (no appetizers) bill was around $116 (that includes 20% tip). Add appetizers and bottle of wine and it will run about $155 to $175 (tip included). If you are looking for... More

A great place if you're going to visit Old Montreal/ Vieux Montreal... in the mood for steak? We were celebrating several occasions, Birthday, late Father's Day, major travel... Son-in-law really wanted a 'good steak... and we were not disappointed!!! Good food for all. Table by the window, people watching, cobblestone street rue Saint Paul, all lovely!!! One disappointment, being that... More

My wife and I have visited many steakhouses in our travels. Even some of the best can screw up a Medium Rare steak. I ordered prime rib and my wife ordered a Ribeye. Both were cooked exactly how they were ordered and delicious. The calamari was also excellent. The sauces were quite different and tasty. Service was quite good.

My husband has been here multiple times and always loved it! We brought two other friends with us, everyone loved their meals! Of course we all had steaks, after sampling everyone else's dinner choice they all agreed mine was the best! I had the twice baked potato and the bleu cheese filet, it was fabulous! Also went with the classic... More

Montreal is not a fan of steakhouses and after a long day at the track we didn't want to chance disappointment, we stayed at The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth (which has a Keg across the street) but we grabbed a cab to run a couple of errands first, he suggested the Keg in Old Montreal as he claimed it had better... A good place to eat a good steak in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. The quality/price ratio of the wines could be much better, but this is a common problem in many restaurants in Montreal.

For our last meal in Montreal, our Canadian friend suggested Kegs for dinner. Although it was not our first choice (that restaurant was closed on Sunday) we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As chain restaurants go, it was a very good place to have a good steak and drinks. Without a reservation, the wait could be a little long, but we made... More

The atmosphere was excellent and the food even better! We had a great waitress who looked like a cross between Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson! I highly recommend it!
