Cozy, warm ambiance...

Like many montrealers, we have been paying since forever an occasional visit at the Jardin de Panos. We went recently with another couple after the 4 of us met on a trip to Greece, just for comparison sake with the "real" greek establishments. We had a variety of entrees and dishes to compare. We must have spent 3 hours talking... More

I went for lunch today at Le Jardin De Panos and it was as expected a nice, no frills, good value for the money, well priced lunch. The atmosphere was serene and the service was courteous and attentive. The decor is a bit dated and needs some upkeep, but I am a foodie so the most important element for me... More

I have been going to Jardin Panos for over 25 years. The best time time is in the summer in the garden. Even though its winter we were there again last night. The food in consistently excellent. My wife, mother and I think they have the best salad that comes with each dish. It is always crisp and made with... More

Friends of ours had selected this restaurant based on recommendation from their children. The atmospher was pleasant the service courteous and attentive. We didn't realise it was a BYOB but there was a convienent store close and we were able to get a decent wine. There were four of us and each of us were very happy with their choice... More

Another restaurant we were hoping to eat at was very busy, so decided on this Greek eatery instead, and did not regret. The tzatziki, taramasalata, filet mignon and grilled salmon all tasted rather fresh and well prepared.

We only came here as a last minute decision, we wanted a bring your own wine with a terrace and everywhere else was full. The terrace was beautiful courtyard with trees and vines. The food was alright, nothing extra ordinary, but the service was good. Thing is that the tables are too small and were crammed when the food came.... More

We were taken here by friends who are regulars. They didn't steer us wrong. There's a good selection on the menu, and everything turned out to be very well made. The mixed appetizers had something for everyone, and the calamari was much better than average. For the main dish, I had the bacon wrapped steak. It was very tasty, as... More

This popular Greek restaurant in Montreal is always packed... at least every time when we were there. But there's a good reason... for the food is simply wonderful. We had the pétoncles (Scallop) (again) and it is to die for...cooked just right, juicy and tender... the veges are fresh, and the potatoes superb... And you can "bring your own wine"...... More
