Bilboquet is Ben and Jerry's done well - huge volumes of sweet icecream with chunks of caramel, chocolate etc. If you prefer Roman style gelato, go to Havre-aux-Glaces, Meu Meu or Ripples instead (Montreal has excellent gelato). We prefer gelato, and wouldn't go to Bilboquet again, but we don't like Ben and Jerry's either. more
I can see why it was voted the “best” ice cream in Montreal, it didn’t disappoint. Lots of good choices. Cute shop. Nice neighborhood. There were five of us, so we got to sample five different flavors. The family rankings: 1. Vanilla / Raspberry Ice Cream 2. Coffee Ice Cream 3. Lemon Sorbet 4. Some sort of vanilla / caramel... more
