Stumbled into it by mistake, and loved the lively atmosphere. The menu instantly reminded me of Parisian bistros I adore. My waiter was very professional, speedy, reliable. The wine list was filled with mostly French vin, another plus. Good spot to go to.

My husband and I ate here and the food was fantastic. Definitely more than we usually spend on a meal but in this case it was truly worth it, I highly recommend the duck! Do yourself a favor and try the house truffle at the end of the meal too

Always a nice place to stop by when visiting Montreal. Good food although next time I would pass on the fish soup because I did not like the idea of getting cold croutons topped with cheese melted already (i like it better when you get the croutons, the rouille and the grated cheese separated). Other than that we had a... More

I adore this restaurant. You MUST go when in Montreal. A great environment with lots of energy (note: it is not a quiet place) but the food, service and wine selection is top notch. It is impossible to go to l'express and not leave feeling good.

A good fish restaurant that is a 'cool' place to be and be seen, I'm sure. Brisk service and we seemed to be in and out quickly, no hanging out here. The food was great and the waiter made an effort with the wine, which I appreciated. I'd recommend this restaurant for the food and the look of the place,... More

I have been eating here for a long time and it's consistently always very good. The beef tartar is my favourite.

This charming bistro has become one of my favorites in montreal. The service is very good, the food is delicious and not overpriced. Last night I ate delicious butternut soup and perfectly cooked salmon on a bed of spinach. It reminds me of being in paris!

We didnt have a reservation that night so we had to wait for a spot which was no problem. The waiter helped us to pick a great white wine. I ordered fish with vegetables which was good but a bit cold. I would say the food was good but what I really likes was the typical bistro atmosphere.

Average service with pretty good food. Wouldn't order the bone marrow again. Wouldn't order the steak frites again either. Boyfriends ducks ravioli was awesome though.
