Service staff is very friendly. Food was pretty good. Only American beer served is Coors Light which was a bummer.

My wife and I were used to eating at this restaurant every week for the past five or six years. It represented excellent value for high quality ingredients in very well prepared family fare. Something, however, has gone terribly bad at Baton Rouge recently resulting in terrible service, spoiled ingredients and food preparation and plate presentation, which is beyond terrible.

My husband and I ate at Baton Rouge in search of a basic meal after a long day of walking the city as tourists. Our expectations were reasonable. We knew we were not in for an exceptional culinary experience. We just wanted a decent meal. Our waiter was engaging and attentive and the atmosphere has a low-light, steakhouse vibe. We... More

The food was quite decent and they were doing quite well with the huge crowds - a big plus for them. With the Montreal JazzFest going on, it was a perfect place for the late afternoon/early evening to relax and enjoy the people watching, too. The music from the nearby stages helped fill the air with a wonderful mood.

Our waiter was a "hustler"; and we could tell he was interested in the "up-sell". We wanted to split a small steak; but he insisted we get a more expensive one, as the smaller one "would not be good if ordered medium or medium well". Resist the urge to listen to all this bull corn, and order the one you... More

Just recently had the Lobster poutine and wow! I've had a few lobster poutines and this one is by far the best! If you like lobster and poutine it's a must! But portion is huge for entrée. Could be a meal on it's own.

This place is a frequent lunch stop. The service is fast and the food hot and tasty. Can't go wrong with the BBQ... The location is pretty convenient too, especially if you're at the jazz festival
