Last night we took our family from NYC to Milos. Good choice for food, although Mythos, across the street, is just as good and much less expensive. The waiter who served us definitely was either not happy to be at work or just plain in a hurry. The dishes were delicious, coming out a a good pace. Every time we... More

Maybe we were the only Asians in the restaurant, or maybe we were not dressed up like everybody else (the hostess said there was no dress code), I don't really know but we were not treated the same way as other guests...My husband and I had been driving from Quebec city and had just arrived in Montreal in time for... Milos has great food and is probably the top Greek restaurant in Montreal but quite expensive. One way to eat at Milos at a reasonable price is to go there for a business lunch from Monday to Friday. In 2014 the fixed price lunch menu is $25 (it was $20.11 in 2011) and includes a choice of appetizer, main course,... More

Food was great, especially the eggplant and zucchini chips. The Saganaki and tzatziki were to die for. Prices are way too high. I do not believe 40$ is needed for 5 shrimps (which were good, I admit it) and a Ceasar salad. I called to confirm my reservation the day before, at 11PM (I know, it was late on my... More

My amazing boyfriend had eaten here before. This experience made me realize That simple ingredients and fresh fish...make a great meal. No foam, no molecular games... Just great good and incredible service. The Milos sampler... Whoever created this signature appetizer deserves a James Beard award. The tower of dusted zucchini, tzatsiki that made me cry and the saganaki.... Surely 2... More

Let's cut to the chase: our Sunday-night dinner for two at Milos set us back approximately $490, tax in but not including the tip. We have no problem spending as much or more on dinner, but when we do, we expect a level of creativity simply not present in the clean, simple cooking here. I had no complaints about the... More

What a place! The best Greek I've had in a while. We got the milos special and the Greek salad. It was so good that words can't even describe. Great choice!

Milos began in Montreal, and since I always eat at the estiatorio in New York, as well as the restaurant in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, while I was in Montreal, I had to have lunch. I was not disappointed nor surprised. The restaurant has enlarged since it opened in the1970s, and many of the staff have been their for... More

Although we had reservations, our group of six had to wait almost an hour before our table was ready. To be fair to the restaurant, the previous dinner guests were taking their sweet time enjoying their post dinner drinks. We would have waited at the bar, but it is very tiny and crowded, and the waiting area was not much... More

For ages, this has been known as "the best" Greek restaurant in Montreal. It is indeed good. But somewhat overrated. I came for the lunch menu, which is reasonably priced at $25. Which is good, as this restaurant is quite expensive. The tuna tartare was delicious. But not amazing. I have had better tuna tartare elsewhere. In hawaii, the poke... More
