A very good restaurant

We’ve been there with a group of 6 and ordered several appetizers, such as grilled octopus, fried calamari, scallops and oysters that we shared. The main courses ranged from swordfish to tuna to grilled lamp chops. The optical appearance of all dishes and the taste, simply said, excellent. Together... read more

Food was okay but after verifying my online credit card statement the very next day the waiter (David) seems to have graciously added himself additional tip money to my total bill. I did not under tip, $135.42 + $25.00 tip mysteriously went to $135.42 + $34.00 tip. No credit card machines are used at Milos at least not that evening,... More

I go there for the grilled octopus. I could live just on that. By chance, they had lobster pasta on the menu too. Scared to order pasta in a Greek restaurant ? No worries. Al Dente and subtle. Service is great. Had a big conversation about balkan music with our waiter last time. There is something almost poetically mafioso (think... More

One of the highlights of trip to Montreal. The restaurant is expensive, but you still feel like you're absolutely getting your money's worth with the quality and taste of the food. We started off with the tomato salad, which had the tastiest tomatoes I have ever eaten in my life. So simple, but so amazing. The wife and I shared... More

we were there 2 years ago and it was excellent, today the same lunch is downgrade to 60%. the price for lunch is $25 which price/value ratio is very good , but consider when the waiter tells you some items are not available which leave you very little choice, (on purpose ?). the waiter always try to persuade you to... Hands down one of the best dining experiences I've every had, with exceptional food and service. The caliber of restaurant you are walking into is high. From the decor, to the waitstaff the timing, and how your dishes are presented, is all done down to a fine art, I must say. The food was phenomenal. I'm a little spoiled because... More

Simply Amazing!!! It's a must when we go to Montreal. It's very expensive but you pay for the quality of food and service you get. The waiters go all out to give you the best service. It's a minimum 2hr dinner, so if your in a rush don't come here :( we have been to 3 Milos and this is... More

Visited Milos for a business dinner and it was an exceptional dining experience. Service was stellar. We had nine in our group but the waiter attended to our every need. This is a restaurant where the meal takes place at a leisurely pace. You will be there for several hours so make sure you like who you are with. The... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
