Europea was the best place to celebrate my husband 80th birthday. The atmospher ,the food, the setting , the service everything was great (so was the price I have been joking that I would need a morgage to foot the bill) It was well worth it .We dined for more than 3 hours enjoying the food and the presentation they... My experience at European was excellent from start to finish. The service was impeccable and the food was both creative and delicious. Is the menu expensive? Yes, but I would say you get what you pay for and this restaurant was well worth it. I would highly recommend Europea to anyone!

This place is near the top of the ratings of restaurants in Montreal for a reason. We ordered the degustation. I really enjoyed how each dish was presented and explained and appreciated the Asian influenced food. Elements from Japanese and other Asian cultures were incorporated into the food which really was a wonderful experience. The service topped it off. I... More

We went to Europea to celebrate my husband's Birthday, and definitely made the right choice! Usually we don't try to eat a 12-course meal in one sitting, but for such an occasion a culinary adventure feels just right. Fortunately for us courses were really small, so we were able to finish it and try many different dishes. I can only... More

went to Europea with my family.Ambience is nice and quite funky. Service:have been to many Relais & Châteaux restaurants in Europe and Europea is a different story. Not classy, service is hasty and no attention to detail is paid. The table is so full with little appetizers and little nibbles that it looks like a buffet. Menu looks nice but... More

We were at Europea last week for a business dinner. We had great time. The food was delicious and the service very good. The only not-so-nice thing was that there was a large group next to us. As usual with such groups, they were very noisy. This take away from the experience. Because Europea is more than a restaurant, it's... More

Top Notch! Great place and fabulous french food, but the amazing thing about Europea is the magic of the presentation of the many courses that they serve in addition to what you order.

I brought my partner here for his 35 birthday. The service, the food, the atmosphere, the waiters, the desert, the wine...Perfection! While the decor could be updated, everything else was absolutely amazing. We had the full course serving with wine pairing. It was expensive but soooo worth it. If you're a foodie, it's definitely worth trying at least once. I... More

This restaurant goes for the theatrical effect. They try to wow you with gorgeously presented food, and too much of it. Dessert after dessert after dessert. Course after course, etc. I'd rather be wowed by a simple meal that's delicious and different, than by glitz and excess. It was disappointing,

Too much emphasis on cute, gimmicky presentations. food is carefully prepared but falls short of the best.
