Dear Crimsonqueen5, Thank you for your obstinacy and to have come on lunch time. For information we are opened every lunch time from Tuesday till Friday and it is a good compromise to come to discover us. For dinner time it is necessary to reserve approximately 2 weeks before. Very happy that the experience was a success. Best Regards, More

Europea exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, the wine fantastic and the tasting menu was inspiring, creative and delicious. Each course made sense and provided a whimsical flow for a fun evening of gastronomical delight. The food was so good, it was hard to pick just one favourite... from the cheese lollipops with truffle popcorn to the Arancini, to... More

My husband, Rudy, and I had dinner to celebrate our anniversary in August 2015. What a memorable experience! The service was impeccable. From the time we entered the restaurant, we felt special and were seated at a table with an awesome view of the street below. Fine dining but not stuffy! Presentation of the food was very interactive, unique and... More

The menu is so creative and a real feast for all the senses. The wait staff is super friendly and helpful. It is a special treat and everything bears a special touch. From the several appetizers to the desserts, no one else does is as memorable. My favorite is the cotton candy at the end, though I love the smokey... More

My wife and I dined at Europea in early January for a special celebration. We are local Montreal residents and have frequented many many restaurants in Montreal, but never Europea so now was the time. My girlfriend and I both had the lunch menu which ended up taking 2+ hours. The waiter was very attentive and his explanation of the dish was thorough. Europa is an experience you must try. I was especially impressed by the way the food was served and displayed. The only caveat is my girlfriend is on a dairy free diet.... More

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighborhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
