Very good restaurant, fine dining in the tastes without much flafla ... nice atmosphere, underground. One of the best restaurants I've tasted in Montreal for 30 years. The prices are also affordable, about $ 100 per person with wine.

This place is really worth of the prices in menu. All the dishes are fantastic. Not too big, enough to enjoy the taste. The staff is very friendly.

Food was fantastic here, we didn't get appies which was a mistake. Portions sizes for mains are on the small size but the quality and flavours are delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Two of us ended up ordering 2 mains, little bit glutonous but hey. One of the better meals I have had in a while. The Venison, Scalops,... More

My husband and I loved this restaurant! We are from Toronto and eat out frequently. This was different - the food was fabulous, creative, thoughtful, and delicious! The kind of food that could have been pretentious in a different setting, but was so not! We will definitely be back here as soon as possible.

Bouillon bilk is a great example of a consistent and quality Montreal restaurant. All the dishes I tasted here were delicious. Service is impeccable and the room very nice...I like it better now that they renovated and the new enlarged space is much less noisy than the previous one.

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
