The food here is good, in particular the tasty sweet potato burritos and the fresh guacamole. The setting is comfy casual and the staff is friendly. However, the prices do not match the quantity of food -- the various components of a simple meal add up to much more than they should. Also, they tend to run out of numerous... More

I recently visited this restaurant with a couple of friends for lunch. I had been here before but had forgotten all about it. It's a cosy vegetarian restaurant that offers a unique menu. I had a sweet potato burrito which was served mission style with rice and beans. They had a choice of tortillas, white or whole wheat. I like... More

This little spot offers delicious vegetarian versions of Mexican meals. Their burritos are amazing; everything we tried there was fresh and tasty. To top it all off, the place is green, so no plastic containers or bags of any kind. The prices are pretty good too! Love it!

Came here with family before the habs game. Tried all 3 types of styles and combos. All were top notch fresh and flavourful. The server was pretty funny too. All vegetarian. Gotta try it even if you're a meat eater. Enjoy!

Right in downtown Montreal, this tucked away hole in the wall offers a quick and satisfying Mexican meal - Montreal style. Service is very friendly. You order from the counter and the food is brought to you. We had one of the Taco meals. Very popular with students and young people. Our stomachs were full and we were satisfied and... More

So, the first thing you need to know is this place only accepts cash and *some* debit cards. Not mine. Second, they were out of many ingredients and sho we finally ended on 5 quesadillas and 5 lemonades. Somehow, someway, that ended up being 65$. For quesadillas. And drinks. This place should be $$ at least, if not $$$ because... More

It's a very relax atmosphere inside. The guy we ordered to was very nice and he bring the food fastly. I had the special offer for lunch which is a taco with a drink and a side for 10$. I took the chili taco, it was hot but sooo good and fresh. The quinoa salad as a side was a... More

This place makes each burrito fresh from scratch and it shows. They are simply delicious, my mouth is watering writing this review. I got a chilli burrito with no rice inside and extra jalipino's and a side of quinoa. I can't wait to go back.

Firstly, it is self service - you sit down and choose what you want from a menu and then go up to a counter to order/pay and then the food is brought out to you. Just so you are aware its not a flashy restaurant! However the food is excellent! It is fresh, tasty, healthy, filling and such good value... More

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighborhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
