Its small yet impressive. It couldnt be any more French. It couldnt be any more addictive. The croissants here are the best, the quiches are absolutely delicious. I saw with a friend on a small table by the window and 2 hours later we were still not ready to leave.

While in Montreal on business, I was told to skip any other breakfast options and pick up pastries from here, a short walk from the office I was visiting. I don't know who told me this, but I need to thank them. This is a charming little Montreal bakery, with a wide variety of options available. Cash-only -- order a... More

You can find the best pastries here. Their kouign amann is definitely the best in town. So is their "tartelette au sucre" with real maple and pecans. The place itself is tiny and charming and the service is always attentive and friendly. I have been coming here for years and have never ever been disappointed. I am sure you will... More

This place greets you with a delicious fresh-baked croissant smell. I was exploring the area with two others and we each ordered a different croissant to-go. Each of us claimed that ours was the best we ever tasted. I only wish I could go back and order all of the options! A must-do if you are in Montreal.

This place is everything you could as for as far as quality goes. Unpretentious simple and fantastic. Tried four different pastries all incredible.Went back on our last day to take these pastries back to our friends and family. Counter staff were very friendly as well. Do not miss!!!

This place is strange. The food is top notch. its a little walk from Mont Royal station and basically its a small shop with ovens, racks, a counter and maybe a chair or two. I would imagine with all the money they pull in they could find a better spot but hey, what can i say. I tried every croisant... More

Always fresh croissants, and very best you can get. This tiny store has massive customer base. Try to seat by one of their two tables, and watch people floating in and out.

If you want to try and small but authentic pastry store head over to Patisserie Kouign Amann. It's only got a few tables but first thing in the morning... a cup of coffee with a croissant/pastry... what a difference it makes. I loved heading to this pastry store in the mornings.

Eat the Kouign-Amann. It´s AMAZING!! Don´t have many tables, only 3 but it´s so worth it. The chocolate croissant was also very good, but nothing beats the Kouign-Amann. The staff speaks English and are very polite.

This was hands down the most memorable meal of our Quebec trip. Even though this is a bakery café and it was "only breakfast" it was so fabulous it deserves that distinction. Located in the Plateau area we walked into this warm and inviting bakery with just a few tables. We ordered cappuccinos, almond croissants and a butternut squash soup... More
