We went for the 5 services meal. Service very fast, very good and very efficient. Food was very good for the price and a lot of variety. I would recommend for couple dining or friends, does not really suit family. Sometimes when you order degustation menu, meals size are small but not this time, worth the money. It's a very... More

A group of 7 ladies went here to start off a bachelorette evening. We were given the group menu which was priced around the main course you ordered. I called in advance to ensure they could accommodate my vegan diet (I allow for honey) and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. The server was super friendly and... More

I've eaten at a ton of restaurants in Montreal and around the world and I could comfortably say after eating at Grenadine 3 times that it is easily one of my favorite restaurants. The food, service and atmosphere have been perfect each time. Highly recommend!

Staff were welcoming and helpful. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to fit us in ( as long as we were done within the hour). My partner had the lamb which came with a broccoli soup and both dishes were oh soo good! I had the mushroom ravioli and loved it as well (@13$ it was a... More

This place is small and our dinner table for 2 was more akin to the size of a table I'd expect in a bar that only served drinks. The place was incredibly hot and no air conditioning was on; we sat and and sweated thru dinner. The other problem is that there was a birthday party at the rear of... More

In 2013 and 2014 we booked this restaurant for a group of 10. We had a spectacular meal - we particularly enjoyed the creative tasting menu options. The service was wonderful and warm.

Fine cooking in this small cramped hidden site. Interesting menu from horse to lamb and goat cheese. Cauliflower soup fantastic. Mushroom ravioli a treat. A wonderful gastronomic experience. Downside is the small venue and the smell of rubber from the attached tire store. Worth a visit,

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
