Awesome but very cramped

Great french bistro. It is a byob. Didn't have the best first impression as I had printed out my reservation and I think they thought I had a coupon! With that being said, once service got rolling and we had ordered, the wait staff warmed up and we had a great time. It is very small and cramped... read more

Great service, amazing food, nice quaint restaurant- plus bring your own wine. Also were very accommodating to a gluten free diet.

A birthday celebration took us to Restaurant Grenadine. The celebrant broke her rule of never returning to a restaurant and specifically requested Grenadine, having dined there on two previous occasions. This lovely little restaurant is a BYOB restaurant which makes it a treasure indeed. In two separate conversations with the restaurant staff, I was assured that parking was no problem... More

I checked out Grenadine just before they closed for their 1 moth Holiday vacation. This was a terrible mistake. I've found myself craving the creative and soul warming food I sampled. From the moment you set foot in their charming establishment, you are very well taken care of. The staff visibly is proud to be part of such a team... More

This is our go to place when we want to indulge. We love the ever changing menu as it gives us something new to try every time we return. The tasting menu is our favourite, a little bit of everything put together beautifully. The food is very nicely plated and delicious, the prices are super affordable, you can bring your... More

I've been to Grenadine multiple times. Always enjoyed it and always leave anticipating my next visit. The chef's menu is what I have every time I'm there. Honestly, there is no better way to experience a chef's potential and full range of talents. You walk through the door and the chef Alex greets you and the service attends to you... More

Nestled at the bottom of Montreal's notoriously steep Hotel de Ville, Grenadine is a French Fusion restaurant which may be small in size, but which is also big on excellent food, service and atmosphere. I had the pleasure of dining at Grenadine last night with two of my closest girlfriends. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by... More

This hidden gem on a small Montreal street is truly outstanding! I opted to try the $55 5 course tasting menu, and it was not a mistake! Words like opulent, mouth-watering and delicious come to mind. The smell alone drove my friends and I wild, and the taste was event better! Each of us was served something different so we... More

Made a reservation here for a Saturday night after a few other choices were full. This is a "bring your own wine" concept which is new to us, not being from Montreal. No corkage fees, which is nice. The restaurant is small, in an older building. The neighbourhood (in Ville Marie) isn't the nicest at night, but it was fine.... More

My boyfriend and I are always on the look out for BYOB's. It's so sad when you get to the wine list of a restaurant and discover a poor choice. It's not a problem when I bring my own, and it's cheaper too! So, we were very happy to discover this french place a walking distance from the Place des... More
