Dropped in quick for breakfast before making our train an hour later. Took 40 mins to make oatmeal to go. Decent food. Don't go if you are in a rush.

It was fast, convenient, with good prices and selection, well located and offered free wi-fi. One could not ask for more.

Visited this cafe during breakfast while on vacation. I ordered the sublime crepe drizzled in hazelnut chocolate sauce, topped with slivered almonds and sliced fresh banana. I would definitely visit this place again.

We went in here on a cool, damp day to warm up with a cup of coffee and had the best one (an espresso) that we had in Montreal. It was so good, we went back the next day. At the time of day we went in however (late afternoon) food selection was minimal and we did not have any.

I wasn't blown away by first impressions; there were few people eating, the decor was a little less than impressive, and only two workers. However, we ordered lunch for seven, got prompt and attentive service, and the sandwiches were very good. In fact, we ordered sandwiches the next day for the bridal party and everyone was very complimentary. Good food,... More

Forget Olimpico, Caffe in Gamba, Pikolo, Myriade or other....the best espresso/latte in town is here!! Great food, salads were huuuuuge and desserts were yummy!! I would highly recommend this place to start the day, for lunch or to relax in late afternoon!! Very friendly staff!!

My order was on time, however my friends at the same table took 10 minutes later to deliver. The smoked salmon salad that my friend ordered was not the greatest. I believe they are short staffed beyond belief. Too pricy too.

I visited this cafe twice during my stay for breakfast and lunch. It has healthy options and relatively quick service. I say this an American used to faster food - in Montreal the pace is slower and people take time to enjoy their food. This restaurant has menus in both french and english, with pictures which helps. My colleague and... More

We wandered into Veritas on a hot day after trekking thru the Botanical Gardens on the other side of the city. We were hungry and needed to cool off. What a treat: we had yummy crepes stuffed with fruit. They looked beautiful an tasted wonderful! Excellent coffee. Clean, mod atmosphere. Friendly people.
