We had a late lunch here after spending all morning on a walking tour of Vieux Montreal, and it was the perfect rest stop to refuel and re-energize ourselves before checking out some of the sights in greater detail. It is located on a charming cobblestone street bustling with activity and close to major attractions like the Notre Dame Basilica... More

We went there the first day we arrived in Montreal, It was totally packed but we managed to get a table. The kids loved the lemonade and I their flavoured green tea. The sandwiches was awesome. I ordered cuban chicken sandwich but unfortunately they had only one half remaining. :( Everything we ordered was really delicious! We decided to go... More

It is the best! So worth the wait! The crab sandwich is divine. We also bough the everything cookies which were unlike any other but equally delicious.

If you are looking for fresh baked goods with coffee or a salad and panini with beer - this is THE spot. After stopping in for breakfast one day and lunch another and walking by other days seeing it always busy, we wanted to try it for a third time for brunch on Sat but it had a line out... More

One of the best cups of coffee I have ever had and the food is great! We had breakfast and ordered the egg Panini. Egg, spec (Italian ham), gruyere and srirachi sauce. Excellent! Unfortunately they are not open on Sunday and Monday

While O and G looks like a typical cafe with breakfast and lunch, the food sets it apart. Each morning a line starts forming before 8am when it opens and the scent of the warm pastries and croissants wafts onto the sidewalk. It is a noisy, small cafe with counter or table service but the food is extremely high quality.... More

It's a must-eat. Yes, it is crowded... but it's worth the wait. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and the place is packed, but there is a good reason why this place is always filled to capacity! :) So be prepared to wait. Or order take out and walk over to the Vieux Port and have a nice picnic there.... More

Stopped by here for lunch and ordered the Cuban sandwich (their "signature" sandwich) - hefty but tasted delicious, as did the homemade raspberry lemonade. I was very tempted by the pastries/cakes as they looked amazing. Took take out as the queue was fairly long and one of the serving staff was a little obnoxious.

If you go to Montreal, don't miss lunch at the incredible Olive & Gourmando. This is a great cafe/coffee place, with amazing pastries, but our lunch was fantastic. The Cubain sandwich was probably the best panini I've ever had - crunchy French bread, roasted pork, melted Gruyere cheese. My girlfriend had the Cajun Chicken sandwich, with fresh guacamole and mangoes,... More

Waited about 15-20 mins to get seated, it was PACKED! The food is really good! Had brunch there. You don't wait too long for it and it is delicious! It is definitely a must when you go to Montreal. The coffee and the pastries were very good as well! The feel of the place is great, loved the design. It's... More
