Old Town can be chock full of overpriced touristy spots - Olive and Gourmando stands apart! Don't be discouraged by a crowd - they move fast! Try the smoked trout sandwich!

Love this place. The location in Old Montreal is funky. The sandwiches are to die for. We each get different ones and share. Despite getting there well before the official lunch hour...we had to wait 15min to be seated.

Let's put this simple: WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE!!! Regarding the crowd waiting to get seated, the place doesn't seem to be an insider tip, but a café/restaurant with a well deserved reputation in old Montréal. We had about 10 min. waiting time but it was so worth it. I would queue for much longer! Food an lemonade are so delicious... More

We love this place! It's one of the favourites that brought us back to Montreal from five years ago. Very popular, yet efficient and friendly service. Not to mention the delicious thoughtful meals made with love! Amazing Caesar salad with torn chicken!

We just bought a bunch of their pastries so it good be not a great indicator of their lunch items. The line up was out the door and unfortunately like most places that have do many people waiting the lines seem very disorganized and daunting. It sounded like the wait was over an hour long (there at 1pm on a... More

We had a late lunch here after spending all morning on a walking tour of Vieux Montreal, and it was the perfect rest stop to refuel and re-energize ourselves before checking out some of the sights in greater detail. It is located on a charming cobblestone street bustling with activity and close to major attractions like the Notre Dame Basilica... More

We went there the first day we arrived in Montreal, It was totally packed but we managed to get a table. The kids loved the lemonade and I their flavoured green tea. The sandwiches was awesome. I ordered cuban chicken sandwich but unfortunately they had only one half remaining. :( Everything we ordered was really delicious! We decided to go... More
