Nice Decor, good food

The place looks odd from the outside, but once you go down the stairs, the coi pond and the surroundings are very "Japanese", which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. The tables are huge, as are the portions, so if you eat light, you csn easiky share one meal. The food eas good, very... read more

One of our preferred restaurant to have a relax dinner and good food. We love the tatamis and enjoy having dinner alone or with our best friends and family. Service is great and especially with Tony when we have the privilege to have him....always full of attention and open to suggestions...we always enjoy our choices and the suchis are awsome.... More

I had been at that restaurant for lunch with a girlfrien and we both were impressed by the atmoshere and the food. I went back and invited my sister and brother-in-law for her birthday and again we had great service and superb food, so tasteful.

Very nice décor but the food is average and prices are expensive. Would not return to that restaurant, Seen much better food at a reasonable price elsewhere. Small servings for a HIGH price....Good service and very clean but I don't way pay for a thematic décor and atmosphere. I want food and a reasonable price which were absent.

The place is BEAUTIFUL... They have a HUGE Buddha head upstairs.... GORGEOUS!!! However... the food is good at best. People get dressed and attend in groups. Very festive and chic. Plenty of birthday parties that night and what looked like a prom or chic batchelorette party (with limo). I was there with my mom and daughters. A think that it's... More

We have been at Tamashi many times and is our preferred asian fusion restaurant in the area. We tried the Shrimp Nest and the General Tao. Both are excellent The wonton soup is very very good with fried wonton

I visited the restaurant last week-end after wanting to go there for a while. Even if we didn't have a reservation, we were seated quickly. Unfortunately, we were seated upstairs as we were told there's a 2-3 weeks wait for the section downstairs. While reading the menu, we saw many dishes being delivered and the servings are huge! They didn't... More

We went there for a birthday dinner, three of us had the General Tao and one had the Pad Thai - we all enjoyed our meals - I have to agree with one reviewer the General Tao should be crunchier but it was still very good. The portions are HUGE - you could easily share a plate with two or... More
