Great food,. Poor service

Well, that was my day, lots of confusion with the menu. Size of plates etc. Food came on a regular basis but the service was not as expected. The server did not bring water for 30 min. They were not enough servers. Overall, it's a clean restaurant with paint needed in some spots and new cushions... read more

If you like to pay more for the same quality food you'd get at any Chinese buffet, this place is for you. It's over-hyped and over-priced. It's not that the food is bad, it's just ordinary. The first menu they offer us, was the tasting menu at 28$ all you can eat. But we decides to chose a la carte,we... More

Approximately two years ago, my husband and I discovered Sato & Chan - we became regulars due to their nice portions, fresh sushi, great variety on the menu and reasonable price. We went back about 2 months ago and we realized there were items which were removed from the menu. Less choice, but the price is still the same...? I... More

Went with a group on a Saturday evening. Had reservations so we were quickly seated. Ordered the food and it arrived quickly dish after dish. Be careful when ordering, it's easy to ask for too much especially when you're not sure of the quantity of each dish. Food was good, service also. Will certainly return.

This is a bring your own wine establishment which is always a plus. We had plenty of advice from family members that had laready been here: when to go (preferably Friday and Saturday nights when it's busy and fish is fresh) and what to order - go straight for the sashimi and sushi and not get stuffed on soups and... Great food & great service for a reasonable price. We took our time, enjoying food and wine. We ordered a variety of food to taste and all was very good. It's our second time and we'll go back for sure.

Sate & Chan is now a BYOW so that makes it just that much better. The quality of the food is good, the atmosphere is fun and we always enjoy a dinner for two or more there. We go at least once a month. The price is in proportion to the quality.
