Was in PEai with friends and decided to try Cows. The ice cream was yummy. The bonus was the flavours were diverse enough that they hit various bells. The Cows near the water is bigger and has more flavours then the one on Queen. I would recommend it to everyone to try once.

Had Cow' ice cream at two different Cow's shops in PEI and one in Halifax. All were great, reminding me of the ice cream from childhood. Chocolate a special winner! Very generous servings and they make their own crisp waffle cones!! Wonderful treat and deserves the title of Canada's Best! Lots of humorous merchandise too.

We went there on a rainy day and the kids liked it. The tour wasn't really a "true" tour of the ice cream plant , rather it's a combination of video presentations, standing outside a large window looking at a tshirt printing facility, and sample some of the ice cream and cheeses Cows makes. If you are bored out of... More

During a recent trip to Prince Edward Island, our family tried Cows Ice Cream for the first time. We loved it! It tastes similar to old fashioned, homemade ice cream, but it is even better. We tried it at several different locations on the island, but our favorite location was at the Cows Creamery because we were able to see... More

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the ice cream was. The merchandise is way over priced, but unique so I guess they feel ok charging so much. It's no Hagaan Dazs, but it is very good and they have some fun/unique flavors. Not sure why they haven't expanded beyond pei or even into grocery stores, so it's definitely worth... More

Stopped in after a long day in Charlottetown, but didn't have the time for the 1/2 hr ($5.00) factory tour. However we did try the ice cream, wow both our cones were great. Lots of flavour and really creamy, this is how ice cream used to be made. Will definitely be back.

The line outside this ice cream stand was crazy long, but seeing all the smiling , happy folks leaving made us curious .. Wow , what a tasty treat

Love this ice cream--always get some whenever we travel to the island. Had a scoop each of Wowie Cowie and one with Crispy Crunch in it (forget what the specific name of this flavour is)--good combo!

We went to COWS since it's a tradition when we are visiting PEI. Although it's expensive, it is really worth it for ice cream if it's a once in a while treat. So yummy!

The ice cream is tasty but the tour is boring with a lot of standing around. Didnt learn much. It could have been educational. ( not worth the price or waiting for the tour)
