Love going there. A hearty meal at good prices. The diningroom is dated but that ispart of the charm. Enjoy.
I have eaten here every summer since they opened. The home cooked meals are great, the prices are better than most and the views are great. not a five minute drive to Brackley Beach, its perfectly situated because it is only a 15 minutes drive from Charlottetown.
Spent a week in PEI and travelled all over and ate lots of chowder. It was the best here. Thick and Rich. Unfortunately the lobster was just average.
During our vacation we had passed this restaurant several times while touring. Today we stopped for lunch. Prices were great, the service great as well. I tried the key lime pie for dessert and it was awesome! A little gem just outside the entrance to the provincial park. It's not fancy but if you like good home cooked meals, this... More
My husband and I ate here after reading a suggestion in the guestbook at our cottage. The first time that we went, they were clearly overwhelmed and shut down the deck seating. Plus, the wait for food after your order had been taken was about 1.5 hours. We decided to come back later. When we came back, we sat in... More
Little disappointing they did not have any seafood chowder. The food we ordered was very good, friendly staff. Sat in the booth next to the door which was a mistake in that the door was constantly slamming behind you.
We usually have a meal at this restaurant every year. The service is good, prices are affordable, with homecooked meals. The seafood chowder is awesome.
This is a great little restaurant behind the Brackley Beach North Winds Inn & Suites. The prices are very reasonable with great homecooking especially desserts. We are Islanders who love to go to this little spot. A group of nine of us had breakfast their yesterday. I had the early bird breakfast and my husband had the ham and cheese... More
Friendly service, country atmosphere with a nice big new deck for sunny days. Delicious down-home cookin' with all the fixins at very reasonable "country" prices. Breakfast is second to none -- great selection and even better prices. They'll also do take-out if the kitchen isn't too busy. One of my favourites on the north shore for sure.
Looking for eclectic, fusion, nouvelle cuisine? Not at the Lobster Claw. Let some other place steal your money. The Claw offers great food at very reasonable prices. They offer 3 dinner specials that are true comfort after a day of biking, swimming, or just lazing. The turkey, pork or haddock dinner specials are like those from your childhood's family kitchen,...
