This was the first restaurant we tried for fish and chips and we tried a few(2 in P.E.I and 2 in Shediac N.B). I have to say that I loved this one the most! The fish were large pieces not fish stick size like most of the others and it had that yummy crunchy beer batter taste. Yes it's greasy... More

We decided to eat at Captain Scott's instead of the Subway next door. It was disappointing. My $14 lobster roll had very little lobster in it. The fries were over-cooked. My wife's shrimp were mostly breading. This felt a lot like Long John Silver's chain. I would not go back.

stop in for lunch while I was in Cavendish. I had the fish and chips and sat out on the deck on a lovely sunny day. the fish was delicious, and the fries were hand cut p.e.i. potatoes. the price was more then reasonable and the servings were large. some of the best fish I had in a while.

We had spent a lovely day at the Beach and ended up at the Boardwalk to get a bite to eat. My family all had burgers and fries and we all agreed that the food was great. If you are looking for a healthy meal, then this isn't the place to go. The portions are huge and served hot! The... More

I've eaten here many times, and every time has been a pleasant experience -- except this most recent time when I ordered the 1/4 chicken. Trust me, if you like baked or fried chicken, do NOT order this entrée. It's nearly $10, and for that price you'd expect something good, but it's so dry it'll honestly make you choke. The... More

There seems to be some confusion regarding this restaurant, so I'll make it clear my review is based of our visit to the Cavendish Boardwalk location: Oder at the counter, two lobster rolls/fries and two waters. The portions were large, fries were excellent, lobster roll respectable, although no chunks...but no celery either as you can specify your own desire. Overall,... More

Nothing special here. The fish was soggy and chowder had the consistency of being made with cornstarch. I wouldn't go back, but if you're desperate for seafood, it won't kill you.

I can comment on the fried fat bellied clams, fried breaded shrimp and French fries in this review. All were cooked in a high quality oil, and as a result, all were very tasty. The shrimp, in particular, had a light crust that was delightful to bite into. The fries are among the best around, if you like deep golden... More

We had the Clams and Fries, it was very very good...Fresh Whole Clams with a Crispy Batter. The fries were homemade. Price was fair and got a good size helping. Had only one size , like a large size, which was fine as the Clams were sooooo good. Convenient as it is right on Cavendish Boardwalk..... Cant wait to go... More

Great seafood here. We had whole clams and fish n chips. Both were great. Service was great and the staff were friendly. Prices were on par with most fish n chip places.
