Worst customer service EVER! You will never experience a worse meal. Over priced food, takes ages to prepare and please.... Whatever you do, don't say anything when you get the wrong burger. Staff will shout at you, ridicule you and upset you terribly. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN FOR A BURGER.

This had to be the best burger I had on PEI. (I went to some other place on Victoria Row the day before and it was horrible; unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the restaurant so I can't review it. Fail.) I also enjoyed their fries, even though they were a bit on the small side. It was about... More

No doubt about it, they serve GREAT burgers and fries. There isn't much else like BoomBurger with fresh, local ingredients around Atlantic Canada. But… has anyone else noticed that it seems like a big rip-off of the "Five Guys Burgers & Fries" chain? Everything from the restaurant lay-out, to the stacked bags of potatoes, to the menu, to the way... More

The Whistler location must be new, as it is not listed. Decent place to get a more inexpensive hamburger. It reminds me a lot of Five Guys in the U.S., but not quite as good. The burgers need the toppings for flavor. They are not bad by any means, but not great, either.

The burgers here are fresh and delicious and there is a big choice of toppings and condiments; the cheeseburger with fried onions was great - one of the best burgers I've ever had. Only complaint: the restaurant was very noisy; solution: we took our meal to a table outside in the sun with the people who had dogs! Wish Boom... More

Burgers good, unimpressed by fries. Decent price. Overall what I expected. It was raining and the seating was real tight because no one could eat outside - generally the tables were cleaned immediately after someone left.

I've read some other reviews here that say this place is like five guys. That's very accurate in the way the business is set up but the burgers here were way better than anything I've ever had at five guys. If I had to pick one thing to complain about, the service was pretty slow when we were there. Took... More

The food was was really decent. There is no selection of different types of burgers (other than hamburger, cheeseburger, or with bacon) but you get to choose from a long list of condiments and toppings to design your own burger. So take a few minutes to decide what you want before lining up to order. Once you order, your given... More

I'm supportive of what they're doing: using local ingredients. But for the price I'd expect a better burger, and it's not the ingredients, it's the preparation of them. And that's my biggest problem with Boomburger, it's very expensive for a fast food joint. You can sit down at a restaurant on Victoria Row and get a burger and fries for... More

Local ingredients, hand made patties, good buns and great fries (PEI spuds). More expensive than the fast food chains but everything tasted so much better. If you crave a burger and you are near BOOMburger then drop by.
