Our B&B suggested this restaurant for a special meal - and it was! We had a 6:30 reservation on a Tuesday, so it wasn't overly busy (best to have a reservation). We did the 5 course tasting menu (which has to be done for the whole table) and my husband included a wine flight with his. Each course was interesting... More

We took our chances by not reserving a seat at this fabulous establishment and lucked in. We were seated at the bar and serve by a fascinating character, Chris. We bantered back & forth while he worked away and was great fun all along. The food can only be described in one word - scrumptious! The appetizer menu was diverse... More

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. We were suggested this restaurant by our bnb and we were not disappointed. We had the pork belly with scallops and the haddock with crab gnocchi, excellent.

We went while there was a large conference on the go, and this had a dramatic effect on the service, becoming very slow. The food was good when it arrived, worth the wait. I am sure that in normal circumstances the service would be fine

My mom and I visited PEI at the end of June and I had looked online to find a memorable restaurant. This was listed as the number one restaurant on PEI. We walked into the building and it was not very crowded and the receptionist was seemingly reluctant to let us in without a reservation. Then we asked if we... More

One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time...... food is excellent as is the service. Lot 30 would be a strong contender for best restaurant in places such as NYC, London and Paris yet it's Charlottestown PEI..... not to be missed!

What can you do after you've had a great meal except to tell everyone how good it was? From the moment we were greeted and the door until we left we had a good dining experience at Lot 30. We had great service (Thanks Kevin!) and amazing food which we could see on the "kitchen TV" as it was being... More

Dining experiences are a key aspect of travel and we try to seek out top restaurants when visiting. We have eaten at some great restaurants throughout the world but Lot 30 remains a favorite. We recently enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu with wine parings. This takes all the stress our of decision making and is a wonderful option. Every... More

Superior restaurant. Low-key but with elegant, sophisticated ambience. Menu changes daily. Chef Gordon is self-taught and is very adventurous in food combinations. Friendly, professional, but unobtrusive service. Reasonably priced wine list. You may watch your food being plated on a screen over the bar, - if that turns you, that is!

Extremely attentive and delicate service. We had the tasting menu and the wine paring. Every dish was worth it. Very interresting options in the menu à la carte as well. For fine palets, this place would be my first choice.
