This restaurant is recommended to most tourists to charlottetown by the hotels and cruise ships. This recommendation has simply been bought. I've met and heard of tourists for whom this place was recommended that were just looking for a good meal, not for this. Sims is the most expensive restaurant in charlottetown, so unless you're looking for an opportunity to... More

Lot 30 had rave reviews everywhere, and, although it was a bit expensive for frequent visits for most people, it was a good place to meet for a quiet dinner with friends for special occasions. I won't bother telling what wonderful food selections were available, because that is now a moot point. This restaurant has recently closed its doors and... More

Just an outstanding meal. Great service and unbelievably excellent food. I am deeply saddened that they are closing their doors.

We went to lot 30 to celebrate our anniversary, although the food is very good, the portions are very small, and there is no ambiance. You can't be in a hurry when you go there either, service is slow.

On a recent business trip to Charlottetown one of my colleagues introduced us to Lot 30 - it was a great choice. The hotel offers exceptional gourmet food at a reasonable price. The fish stew was delicious. The sashimi was perfect. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. One slip was covered exceptionally well by our waiter. This is a... More

Fresh catch thoughtfully prepared: lobster with gnocchi and citrus buerre blanc. Husband had surf n Turf with pork belly and scallops. Such a great dinner. Kevin our server was knowledgable of the menu and the area's rich history.

In our 3 1/2 week trip in North America, Lot 30 came very close to our #1 find. The ambiance is fairly minimalistic, but the tables are not crowded close together. The service was attentive, but not rushing to get you served and out. The seafood was very good. We had Malpeque oysters, which were excellent and followed this by... More

Loved, loved this restaurant. It is high end dining with the food and presentation but not high brow which is my personal favorite style.Unpretentious in décor but very elegant. Our server was the best and his timing was impeccable. When the food arrived that sealed the deal.By far our best meal on a 2 week vacay. A cool idea that they have going... More
