This place is wonderful! The service has got that extra special genuine friendliness that is often hard to find. It was full of locals who seemed to be regulars as the waitresses spoke to most people by their first name. My first course was the seafood chowder. All I can say is delicious! It was full of seafood chunks and... More

Our hosts at the Dawson House B&B recommended this place as it presents excellent seafood and at a very reasonable price. From outside you could walk straight past but it is extremely popular with tourists and one needs to book, arrive early and be prepared to wait, or take a walk and come back when requested. The specialty of the... More

Visited the restaurant one evening in July. We were fortunate that evening as it was very crowded but we were the only ones needing a table for 2 which had just become available. My wife ordered the 2 pound lobster and I opted for the pan fried haddock. We also ordered a side of mussels. The waitress was attentive and... More

Water Prince has very good, basic East Coat cuisine. There are no bells and whistles here - it is more like a seafood diner - but it works. I always stop in when I'm in PEI.

It's a very small restaurant so we opted to dine with a couple who was willing to table share in order to cut down on the wait. Fun, young couple from California who were also on board the Legend. I had the fish & chips—definitely worth the wait. And, the staff is crazy fun!

Met a friend here for dinner and service was great as was the food. It is a smaller dining room so we had a reservation - likely a good idea when cruise ships are in. The lobster was very nice though the potato salad was not too exciting, and the salmon dinner was nicely sauced though a rather modest portion... More

After wandering Charlottetown for a morning, we were advised to have lunch here and were very pleased with good seafood and pleasant service, especially from Bonnie who makes the pies.
