It's unique at Taloolas

They have a lot of vegetarian choices and great homemade soups. You order your meals at their counter and collect your utensils and coffee or tea on your own at a sideboard. Nice place! Good food, and nice atmosphere. The food is fresh and there is a lot of options for everyone. Great place.

Great little spot to kick back relax and have a bite. Food is always good, with interesting blends to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Will definitely go back and hope to make it to one of the live music nights.

Came here for dinner one night and ordered the Patrica melt. I was sad to realize that none of the sandwiches came with sides, for $6.50 the sandwich was just tuna, curry seasoning, red onion, and cheddar, As delicious as my (half of a) sandwich was, I'm not sure I'll visit to get food again at that price. The atmosphere... More

My favourites include the Couscous Delight, Tofu steak, Chichi Roti, and Veggie Loola. Their soup special is always vegan. They have vegan cookies and banana bread as well. Every time I go, they have a delicious vegan cake or crumble to offer. Soy milk options available for many of their smoothies. Enjoy!

Definitely not the typical restaurant or cafe in Windsor - with its eclectic decor, and varying dishes, this spot can accommodate a range of people. The food is just as delicious as the drinks are. Taloola's is definitely vegetarian friendly, and the dishes don't compromise on taste.

I popped in here for the first time today and enjoyed a delicious, non-dairy rutabaga and white pinto bean soup that was both slightly sweet (maybe a dash of honey?) and spicy. I also order the tuna pesto sandwich and was able to get a gluten-free wrap in lieu of the multi-grain bread. There was a very caring aura about... More

Tasty eats and good coffee, with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Funky vibe and in a wonderful area of town.

I have frequented this quaint restaurant several times but have reserved some criticism to see if it was truly a consistent phenomenon. One staff member who is traditionally behind the till (may even be the owner) is exceptionally inhospitable. A barely audible grunt is the likely response one may receive. Although it is understood that the establishment is self-serve to... More

Not much to add here other than the notes that this place is great. It's got good coffee and snack options, which are not cheap, but not too expensive either. The decor of the place is the best part and I find it hard to describe, but basically just thing of it as hipstery, but in a good way. It's... More
