Super nice place!

The husband stopped in here for drinks and desserts for us to have at the hotel across the street. Since it was close to closing time the gentleman (owner?) gave him way more food than he needed for a fair price. The apple cake? Its everything they say it is. Get some! I dropped into Mystic Muffin today (having not visited in a long time) The owner ask me how things were and I answered "Not bad" to which he replied "Well, it's about the get fabulous" I instantly wondered why I waited so long to visit again. The owner then asked "Have you been here before?" and that's where I froze.... More

Visited around lunch time on 7th April. Hadn't even spoken to the owner directly and he instantly knew I was from Scotland, guessing about 20miles from my hometown. 2 coffees & 1 blueberry muffin and one slice of banana bread for under 7dollars. Coffee, cake and chat from the owner were all fantastic, will be back before we leave for... More

It was conveniently located next to the holidiay inn express that we were staying in and we tried the apple cake and the tuna pita and we fell in love.

This is such a sweet little cafe. We were staying at the holiday inn which is right across the road. This was super convenient and choosing a lunch option after check in was a no brainer. The owner is a great guy. Lovely Lebanese family. First time there and it was like we had known him his wife and baby... More

Excellent quality food at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I found and will become a regular when I am in the area.

...that great, personable, welcoming service and good food will keep you coming back. Many, many other Toronto restaurants can't seem to figure it out. The food here is outstanding and the service some of the best I have experienced all over the world. The owner facilitates a warm welcoming environment that is infectious that makes you want to talk to... More

Haven't tried anything else on the menu but the apple cake is to die for. I order slabs of these every year around Christmas for friends and family. I can only imagine that the rest of their pastry selections are equally as tasty. Worth a visit if you're in town.

A small cafe, mainly take away, but with some seating this place is a hub of activity. We were over for a conference and needed somewhere for a quick coffee, so we looked around our hotel and saw this place. Its promise of the world's best apple cake drew us in. We werent disappointed. Great food, the apple cake IS... More

While visiting an office in the area a business associate volunteered to show me a unique local café and asked if I liked Lebanese style food. Yes, it is a favorite. We walked up Jarvis St after a short streetcar ride and walked into this small establishment. The gentleman behind the counter welcomed us and I ordered lentil soup and... More
