Wonderful place for beers and appetizers. The staff are very knowledgeable about their selection and we shared a few appetizers which was more than enough food once you get into sampling various beers. The place is very classy inside with a variety of seating options. Would definitely go here again my next stop in the big smoke.

Recently returned to our favourite go to place. We were attending a concert nearby. Since moving away from Toronto some 7 years ago we don't patronize as often but look forward to returning. Happy to learn that the new owners have continued with the original concept & many of the menu favourites. Explored some local craft beers on tap, added... More

Came here for some drinks and food and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the beer menu was very extensive. The bar offered all kinds of beer, ale and lager leaving many choices. The food was also good, but the tacos might be a bit overpriced at $15 for 3 small tacos. Overall good experience, good food, good... More

This was one of our favourites from our visit to Toronto. The food was hearty and freshly prepared and the service was equally good. The servers had a decent knowledge of the beers and where always friendly and personable. Would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto.

My husband came across this place while walking around the city and we were so glad we did. We headed to the bar and were served by Michelle and Greg. They were both so knowledgable about the beers. They really knew their stuff. Both so incredibly friendly it felt like we're being served by friends. Thanks guys for a great... More

Arrived here around 1 am with a good amount of people on a Wednesday night. Beer selection was huge and our server was ultra friendly and informative. Prices were very reasonable and I would most definitely return.

I love this spot, with great beer selections and the best duck fat frites you will find in the city.

It seems most places are closed or close early in Sunday in Toronto but Beer Bistro did itself proud, and Chef Jess Stone keeps it all going with a smile, even at 10 PM on Sunday. Thus is haute cuisine and matching beers (mostly Canadian micro's on draft!), with prices that are high but manageable (beer is surprising affordable for... More

The food was good value and pleasant, and the choice of beers absolutely excellent. I had not realised that half of the large room was a bar for the stand up after work crowd, so the whole evening was really noisy, which is not my thing for a dinner for 2. So probably I wouldn't go again, but if you... More

First time at Beer Bistro. Interesting place. Bar tender and servers were all attentive and friendly. Food (Bison Burger and fries) was tasty. Overall good experience. However, the young lady at the front reception was just horrible. She had no customer service skill. We were close to not entering the restaurant after her miserable attitude at the door. No smile,... More
