Excellent food

The food was outstanding; never had anything so unique and delicious. The service was efficient. Expensive, but worth every penny. Would love to eat at this restaurant every week!

Busy busy. Very nice, Chinese with a twist. Super presentation. Great Mojito, surprising how many places do not have fresh mint!! Beef ribs, very tasty, beautifully cooked and presented Everyone has now said we should have tried the "slaw" their speciality... did look great, mixed at the table. Well worth a visit!!

4 of us dined here for Summerlicious and it was AMAZING! We didn't sit outside but if we did it would have been just as lovely. The Summerlicious menu was off the charts, unlike some other restaurants who serve their more sub-par food. Each of us chose something different so we could all try everything and I was very impressed!... More

I'm thinking of extending my vacation here in Toronto so that I may eat here one more night! I was told by a friend to try the Singaporean-Style Slaw. It was insanely good; a culinary delight! I was almost crying it was so good! Followed by various plates including their Summerlicious menu of guacamole, duck confit, spicy pork ribs, slow-braised... More

Went for Summerlicious - which is an opportunity (excuse) to dine not just for the those wanting a frugal wanting a "cheap" dining experience. As a business person I understand the upsell but was surprised by the description of the fun a la carte drink cart as a cheap cocktail option to go along with Summerlicious. I could think of... I went there with a date and I really enjoyed my experience overall. We did not have a reservation but they quickly found a table for us at one of the bars. The staff was very helpful (they give a lot of information so you better be paying attention). The space is nicely decorated though some tables are a bit too... More

What an amazing experience! The food choices were incredible, the staff was awesome, and the cocktails were very unique. The food runners explained every dish that was served. I highly recommend the black cod. This is the place to go if you want to impress someone.

We arrived for our 7pm reservation and were seated promptly. Server arrived immediately and offered water and/or other beverages. We had a wonderful variety of delicious and beautiful food. We started with the Singapore Slaw. Inspired. That was followed by the spicy and fun cheeseburger rolls. Then came the Black Cod, another outstanding choice. After that we enjoyed the Curried... I'll keep it short. Don't usually write trip advisor reviews. Had this reservation for more than two weeks, for only myself. I understand it's a trendy place, but waited for more than 10 minutes and a waiter never came to take even a drink order. Walked out. It's one thing if you're at a lower price point than the best,... Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
