If I was there with family, I would have ate more :P

I dined at Ruby Watchco recently during a business trip. Chef Lynn wasn't on the scene that night, but it was a wonderful meal nonetheless. We ate upstairs in the private room, so I still don't have the full 'feel' for the restaurant, but my experience was still a positive one. We had lots of food... read more

We were really looking forward to dinner, chosen for a special occasion. Salad was okay, but the croutons could break your teeth. The main course of halibut, golden beet/sweet potato puree, baked onions all tasted like they came from the same pot - the fish was over done. The "burnt broccoli" was well and truly inedible. The cheese course saved... More

You don't choose your food, but you love what you eat, whatever it is. Never too much, but not too simple. Loved that place.

The food in this restaurant has been consistently amazing. There is only one option on the menu A three course meal with a couple of optional add ons. Every fish is fresh and delicious.

Meal was incredible. Best biscuits I have ever had. Dressing on the salad was phenomenal. All of the sides were harmonious with the main course (pan-seared salmon) - each combination was a different experience. The Guilluame Tell cheese, while delicious on its own, became a party when combined with the roasted beets and apple butter. I have never enjoyed beets so... More

The fact the Lynn Crawford led the kitchen at Four Seasons for many years immediately establishes the pedigree of the food you will eat at Ruby Watchco. And, the fixed menu and fixed price makes it so much more enjoyable - no fretting over which items to get, and how much one item is versus another. Its all good and... More

We were thrilled to be able to dine at Ruby Watchco's once again after a year or so between visits. Our server was terrific - attentive but never making us feel rushed. We were fortunate that the menu that evening appealed to us but not being a meat eater (the daily menu was pork) I chose the salmon option. The... More

Experience is the buzzword in today's society. But what makes the experience is what counts. The experience here was worth it in time and money. We ate here in October of 2014 for an anniversary dinner. The venue was a reasonable noise level considering its popularity. The wait staff was very cordial and explained everything up front (note this is... More

This Saturdays menu offering at Ruby Watch Co was really appealing to us, so we called for a last minute reservation. As expected none were available. However, the seats ( 9) at the bar were available on a first come first served basis. We grabbed 4 seats at 6;30 a bit early for us but hey, you do what you... More

With high expectations, after already canceling a previous reservation because we weren't smitten by the daily menu, we decided to give it a real try although, again, not thrilled by the day's fare. We upgraded to try both add ons for the day, a cold foie gras, which was good and the bison tenderloin, that was excellent. The salad was... More
