I had heard good things about this bar before attending it after the Canada vs. Ireland rugby match recently. It was a rather busy evening however I have never in my life had such terrible service. We had a server take drink & food orders once over the course of 2 hours we were there and it took more than... More

You might think you're walking into a dingy pub but the service and food is great, not to mention the large selection of beers! We sat on the beautiful patio and order the Rhino burger with bacon and cheese. Prices very well and was extremely filling!

Once a month this bar has a women's comedy night upstairs. The show is great. New and experienced comics are great, and the venue is very good. Parkdale is a great neighbourhood. Well worth the trip west from downtown.

At first when I walked in, I was pleased. Interesting atmosphere, OK clientele, and a beer list that seems very impressive. Ordered a lager and was brought a different type (amber). When I told server she had mixed up my order she said that's all they had. Didn't know you could just substitute...call me old fashioned, but I'm used to... More

great service, HUGE beer list! The patio is ginormous and it could take one 1hr to go through the extensive beer list. Service was great, I would go back given the chance.

I'll say right off the top that you're not coming here for a nice dinner. The food is decent with a good amount of variety and costs what pretty much every bar/restaurant in this category does in Toronto. That being said, what you ARE coming here for is the beer and you'd be hard pressed to find a better selection.... More

The Rhino is cool... but the service is super slow, the beer, well I hate to say this, but its come out flat often or worse, warm. Our group won't go there anymore based on it. Great Chicken wings though... and last call beers. Stick to getting your beer from the bar and order bottles and you will get what... More

Impressive beer list, reasonably priced drinks, and really reasonably priced food - what more could you ask for for a summer evening with friends in Toronto? We spent over 6 hours on the patio and no one ever rushed us. Our waitress was great. We had the pasta with pesto and chicken and mushroom, which was a huge portion and... More

Nothing else to say here except the place was understaffed so I am not blaming the servers. They ran out of home made french fries so substituted frozen fries that were cold when delivered. So, we asked for cole slaw instead and they brought us a very small portion to share between us. Go across the road to the Cadillac,... More

I've been to the Rhino a few times over the years - impressive beer list, great location, and cool atmosphere. Last night we went since we couldn't get a veggie burger at its competitor across the road and I'm so glad!! The new menu was amazing. We tried several different things and loved each one. I love a diverse menu... More
