This is by far one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. The fish was prepared excellent. It couldn't have been better.

I very small place but the taste and selection of the sushi on our 12 piece sushi dinner was excellent. We also had the spicy salmon roll (very spicy) and the spicy tuna roll. We've had better spicy tuna but this was also very good. The tumpura was very nice and crispy. The salad had a ginger dressing and this... More

I found this small ~20 seat restaurant at 122 Elizabeth Street just south of Dundas Street when looking for a place for lunch. I looked in at 11:45am and noticed that more than half of the 20 or so seats were reserved (on a Tuesday for lunch!) and a number of people were standing by to pick up their take-out... More

I've been to this restaurant a few times now but haven't written a review for it. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city. Fish are fresh and tasty. This place is called a noodle house, but I have yet tried the noodles. I usually order the Omakase or Moriawase there and let the chef surprise me... More

Recommended by friends of friends who work in Toronto. Your food is prepared within metres of you in this tiny but perfect sushi restaurant. This is the place to try every imaginable type of Sushi. Having been once, I returned on 4 separate occasions during the trip. Particularly recommend the bento boxes for value. We walked in as opposed to... More

I really recommend this restaurant, for its fresh sashimi, the japango special roll, the tea, and the service! Especially the "japango special roll", amazing! On top of the roll, there's raw scallop. Underneath it's raw salmon. They're half cooked by the "flame gun"(?). When you eat the whole piece in one bite, the scallop and salmon all melt in your... More

The restaurant is tiny (~20 covers), but will accept reservations in advance. The sushi is delicious, you can watch the chefs preparing it all at the open bar. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the food.

Iate at this restaurant a few times but i dont find it more special than the japanese restaurant next door but the price is more expensive! The atmosphere is cosy and quiet. But not really worth the money though....
