Guided by the reviews on Tripadvisor my friend and I decided to try this restaurant. Not having made a reservation, we were lucky to get in with the turnover of guests. Service is prompt and friendly, and the sushi is very good (the house special japango sushi delicious). When we left a new group of people was already queing up.... More

Great sushi for the price. The tuna sushi will melt in your mouth! Very busy so I would recommend making reservation.

A very small but very good Japanese Restaurant. We ordered a combination of different sushi and our Server selected a few as well. Everything was very fresh and the service was extremely friendly. The restaurant seats approx 16 people and the tables are literally side by side. The place filled up quickly with diners lining up outside the door. The... More

This is a terrific kitchen with fresh ingredients and lovely, layered flavours. If they spent 10% as much time doing stuff like, I don't know, wiping the tables, sweeping the floors or dusting the odd time, it would be charming and quirky -- as it is, it's like eating in a dumpster. The menus are covered with dried food and... More

This is by far one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. The fish was prepared excellent. It couldn't have been better.

I very small place but the taste and selection of the sushi on our 12 piece sushi dinner was excellent. We also had the spicy salmon roll (very spicy) and the spicy tuna roll. We've had better spicy tuna but this was also very good. The tumpura was very nice and crispy. The salad had a ginger dressing and this... More

I found this small ~20 seat restaurant at 122 Elizabeth Street just south of Dundas Street when looking for a place for lunch. I looked in at 11:45am and noticed that more than half of the 20 or so seats were reserved (on a Tuesday for lunch!) and a number of people were standing by to pick up their take-out... More

I've been to this restaurant a few times now but haven't written a review for it. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city. Fish are fresh and tasty. This place is called a noodle house, but I have yet tried the noodles. I usually order the Omakase or Moriawase there and let the chef surprise me... More
