Different and great lunch

First time at this restaurant and I really liked it! Had the pad Thai and it was a lot different than I've had elsewhere. I'd absolutely have it again, really enjoyed it and the price was reasonable. Small place and it filled up quickly around 1 pm on a Friday. I'll certainly come back.

Went there for dinner with my wife, was really impressed how the place was jam packed and we had to wait. But it was worth every moment, great food choices, great taste and lovely presentation plates. Lots off food choices for all tastes. Would definetly go again soon

Seeing as my dad was vegan for years, now vegetarian, I have had the opportunity to check this place out. In the past, I probably wouldn't have thought about going here as I am a meat eater but, I'm very happy I went. Food is amazing! Have not had a dish I haven't liked yet. Staff are friendly too.

My wife and I went for brunch. We were disappointed that they temporarily discontinued the regular brunch menu. We decided to stay for lunch anyway. My wife enjoyed the enchilada with mole sauce, although the quantity of mole sauce was small. I had the chickpea burger. For $16 I would have expected much more. The burger tasted like a no... More

My younger daughter and I ate lunch here today. My daughter has been here several times with her friends but this was my first visit. We started with fresh ginger ale. I had the Enchiladas and my daughter had the Sweet Potato Noodle Stir Fry. Her stir fry included tofu cubes, zucchini, celery, collards, burdock and spirulina gomasio. While I... More

This place was hopping - and for good reason — the food was delicious, there was a large and varied menu, some hot items, and amazing smoothies and desserts. Will definitely go back, and I'm not even a veg!

We have revisited this restaurant since our previous visit couple years ago, and I just have to say we love it. We don't experiment with desserts anymore since our previous visit, but their food and teas are very delicious and healthy! Service is super friendly and the patio at the back is just awesome! Will be coming back and bringing... More

As vegans we occasionally enjoy dining out at Raw places such as Live. They did a very nice job with excellent presentation delivered promptly by skillful staff. Would return for sure.

An awesome, trendy and unique restaurant experience with dishes like no other place. This restaurant does an AMAZING job putting together healthy and delicious meals. The food was so flavourful and so interesting. A great place for vegetarians and vegans - i's fascinating to see how they combine simple ingredients to create such yummy meals. I've been there twice now,... More

I went with a friend who rates Live very highly and being open to different 'eats' I thought I would try it with her. Maybe it is an acquired taste but it was not really mine. We had a sunshine wrap, a portion of brown rice and kimchi. Other patrons were really enjoying the fare so if you are a... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
