I always get the house special. Quiet and you are never rushed. Meals include 3 courses. Prices are reasonable

Love it. Great staff, do a great job. Nowhere better to go after a hot day at Bluffers Park than for a Blizzard here. :-)

We had heard all kinds of great things about this restaurant and decided to check it out. Upon arriving we were ignored while we stood in the lobby area for about 5 minutes. Granted the place was busy and the servers were waiting on customers, but some acknowledgement that we were waiting would have been nice.........a "I'll bet with you... More

Vincent's Spot on Kingston Road is one place you've got to try. Veal is their specialty. A must if you go. For $25.50 I dined on garlic bread, a clam/potato appetizer, Caesar salad, a nice portion of veal piccata, vegetable, potato, dessert, and coffee. You definitely don't leave hungry. In fact many end up walking out with doggie bags. They... More

Vincent's Spot isn't really the kind of place where you'd pass by and say, "wow, we'll have to try that restaurant out". If you take a pass on it though, you'll be missing some of the best veal dishes you could get in Toronto and for such a great price. You should make reservations since it is a smaller cozy... More

My husband and I happened upon Vincent's spot for the first time about 30 years ago. We lived in the area and heard about how great it was. It was in such an unlikely spot in between a convenience store and the old post office. But when you walked inside it was like you were in a different world. Lovely... More

This was our Anniversary and I was put on the spot by my "Better" half to pick a restaurant for dinner. I did not want to do our regular haunts so I searched the Internet and chose "Vincent's Spot" after reading the reviews. It was a bit of a drive from our home but absolutely worth it. We found the... If you are looking for a place for a quiet, intimate dinner in the east end, look no further. A unique restaurant with first rate food and excellent service. I watched as the nice lady (I assume the owner) so lovingly prepared me a perfect cocktail in the distance. The food was served hot and the taste exceeded our expectations.... More

Vincent's is in Cliffside, which is a recently discovered neighborhood by many who have been priced out of North Toronto. Luckily, Vincent's has been around for decades and you can understand why after eating there. Good, well priced food, specializing in Veal and steaks with great service by people who generally care about your experience. Not a waiter who has... More

Staying in Scarborough

Neighborhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
