Scaramouche has long been celebrated by customers and critics for its unwavering commitment to making each dining experience a memorable one. Chef/owner Keith Froggett's sophisticated cuisine is presented simply with care and attention to detail. The service underscores that philosophy: unobtrusive and respectful. Scaramouche exemplifies the best of Toronto. A consistently high quality restaurant with exquisite food and great service. One of the most relaxing places to dine out. Our children love the experience as much as we do!

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto. Elegant and pleasant atmosphere complementing excellent food. Went there twice for my wedding anniversary and for business dinner. Each time very satisfactory with impeccable service. Can't wait to go there again, although it is a bit pricey for everyday dining.

Before anything let me say I do not live in Toronto. I come here often but not to the point where I can tell the difference between neighbourhoods and which areas to avoid or not. That said, I must say this restaurant is sort of located in an odd area. Not sketchy by any means but kind of odd. If... More

A nice restaurant if you're looking to impress because of their reputation. The food and service is good, prices are on the higher side....but the view is fantastic!

This restaurant has one of the best views of the fabulous city of Toronto. And it's classy. And the food is perfect. And the wine cellar is stellar. If you want the same quality but in more of a bistro-like setting, reserve at the pasta bar which is in the same setting. P.S. Maybe the best coconut cream pie of... More

When you hear "Scaramouche" you think "excellence" in dining experience. Consistently ranked at the top of Joanne Kates top Toronto Restaurants list, our expectations were quite high. Although the food was great without a doubt, it was not remarkable or memorable. Ditto for service which was a bit on the slow side even for the Pasta Bar side. I am... More

We keep Scaramouche for very special occasions to celebrate....and it is every bit worth it. Located in the basement of a old condo building, it may sound odd, but given the location on the top of a hill overlooking the city, the basement location is spectacular. If you are looking for an unforgettable evening, book early to get a window... More

I was fortunate to know many of the staff at this restaurant, and even though some have changed, I know it is one of Toronto's premier places to dine. There is nothing I could think of that isn't taken care of from the comfort of the room(s), to the presentation of culinary masterpieces. Loved this place, every time. I never... More
