At 6.15pm it was packed. The service was very quick, the food well cooked and tasty, and it's cheap. Not the place to go for a quiet, romantic meal for 2 as it is very noisy in there when busy and you might end up on a shared table. All in all very good!

Went to Salad King for the first time since their renovations and the place looks awesome. Service is quick and the food is delish! It's a bit cafeteria-style, but totally worth it! Right at Yonge and Dundas.

Was taken to the Salad King Thai Restaurant by a friend. Had no idea of what expect. It's located on the second floor and when I got upstairs, I was amazed by the decor and ambience of the place. It looked like a cafeteria setup and was lively with young people. Just to mention, this is located within the Ryerson... More

Good value - great food. This place has a fun eclectic vibe, can hardly believe they have been around for 22 years. Our waiter was the best - he recommended the yellow curry with shrimp – LOVED IT. Our family of 4 ate for about $60 (1 alcoholic beverage) The frozen margarita was delicious. Not too sure about the communal... More

I love this place. Every time I have an opportunity to stop by here I do. They give you the ability to fine tune the level of spice with a scale from one to twenty chilies. (I usually choose 18. If you ask for 20, you never know what you will get......) I always walk away happy, and content. The... More

I don't think I've ever had bad food at Salad King, even when they had the old location before it burned down. You get good value for your money here. If you're doing take-out, esp during lunch rush, I suggest calling in your order in advance! Lineups at lunchtime can get pretty long. Seating is communal style so you'll be... More

The anger is pretty arrogant, other than that the servers and food quality is worth every penny. simple Menu executed really well.

The food here is simply amazing and what's better is that the prices are definitely reasonable. Well worth a visit. It has the fast food atmosphere with the quality of a higher-end restaurant. The slogans on the back of the toilet doors will make you chuckle too.

One of the most popular thai restaurants in Toronto. This is a not so well known place tucked away on the first floor of a building on the west side of yonge street between dundas and elm streets. You can get the spice level adjusted to your tolerance level ( 1 chilli- 10 chillies). Very popular with the Ryerson university... More
