The name says it all. Don't go anywhere else for a delectable experience of oysters and other sea food. Ambience lively but not overly raucous. Service with smiles and just ............ GREEAT!

I wasn't impressed with the menu (not enough Crab selection)or the fact they had no drink selection (Beer or Wine only) which I thought was a little odd. The food was ok at best and I will not be returning!

Excellent restaurant with outstanding oysters (as you'd expect from the name) but also many other tasty menu items. Great draft beer and a really cool environment and ambiance (especially the pictures in the bathrooms).

The seafood chowder is the best we've had, and the sampling of oysters was nice but over rated. You'll pay for brand at Rodney's. Service was okay, nothing exceptional. At $21, we expected the shrimp cocktail to be a little more than it was. For half the price you can do better at most steakhouses around town. The atmosphere is... More

Waiters are very helpful and giving good advises on the food and wines which in turn are excellent. Wide selection of oysters is impressive, but do not take too many - reserve some space to try a boiled cracked Lobster - it is very, very good!

The selection of oysters is quite impressive as well as the quality of what they serve. Rodney and his son really know the business .They are very friendly and will give you very good advice on what to have for dinner. I was with a group of friends and we could taste most of the types of oysters available that... More

My wife and I celebrated our 32 anniversary at Rodney's. To make the celebration special the restaurant reserved us a secluded table for two plus provided two glasses of complimentary champagne and a delicious desert. Although these gestures were greatly appreciated what made the evening so enjoyable (besides the romantic company of my wife) was the fantastic service we received... More

Not the biggest fan of oysters but have to admit they know their business and I was impressed with the variety. The New England Clam chowder was very good and the fish was really fresh !!

Been before, but had been awhile, it is still outstanding, fresh seafood, and if you are a oyster lover, there is plenty to choose from. Do a platter that offers a variety. Awesome!

This place is a Toronto institution and it is easy to see why. Don't be fooled by the casual atmosphere; the food is outstanding! Our waiter was friendly and efficient. We started by sharing a sampler of oysters & I recommend the Cape Cods and the Rodneys - bursting with brine and flavor. Followed that up with a cup of... More
