My wife and I were there a few times and always loved it. First, we like the interior, which is neither too flatulent nor primitive. From my perspective, it looks like a good Northern seafood place should like. I mean it's Toronto not Hawaii. Unfortunately, true. Also we've never had any problems with service their. Waiters were nice and helpful.... More

I went to Rodney's several years ago and have always remembered how great it was. I had the opportunity to return this year with my two daughters and it did not disappoint. Our server was awesome and so helpful. He made suggestions for us to try different oysters which were all delicious but we kept eliminating until we finally decided... More

We came to Rodney's after several recommendations. I love oysters so I figured why not try this place out. Our server was amazing, down to earth and extremely helpful. Wasn't to pushy and knew her stuff. We started with the shrimp cocktail which was very good and the perfect app to share, after that we had a dozen oysters (all... More

A superb selection of oysters and specials in a truly unique atmosphere. The service was outstanding. We were late getting into Toronto so we missed our reservation but were happy to be seated at the bar. We were waited on immediately and a great selection of oysters was served in 10 minutes. Entrees followed and were perfect. I'm usually not... More

We ordered the pasta with Scallops. This was definitely very good. With about 7 or 8 pcs of large scallops cooked to perfection, I would recommend this to anyone who would dine here. Oyster's inciidentally were not the best as claimed but they were good. The Boston Clam Chowder is a must try ! Nice ambienace, Friendly service.

I come to Rodney's quite often, the consistency is really good here. We always grab a seat at the bar. Watching them shuck live then right to the table is always part of the experience. fresh oysters, seafood, and the mussels are great! I would recommend to anyone looking for a casual night out, laid back, friendly staff, amazing oysters,... More

The oysters are so fresh you can still taste the sea. The staff is very knowledgeable about the different varieties os oysters served, which vary based on availability of only the freshest.

In town to celebrate an anniversary with my wife...and had dinner her before a Blue Jays game. If you like seafood you will like Rodney's Oyster House...strangely we never had any oysters. I had everything from the day's specials - soup of the day (Grace's soup - basically a seafood gumbo), Tuna tartar and a Peruvian seafood rice stir fry.... More
