Great food and oyster selection

Had a sample of 6 oysters which we all very good and the crab and corn soup was excellent. The fresh poppy-seed bread was also excellent.

It's difficult to get a table at Rodney's, and it's easy to discover why: they have the best oysters in the city. Rodney is a champion shucker, and their selection is wide, varied and incredibly delicious. Going for oysters is one thing, but their seafood is incredible, too. I enjoyed the lobster club (lobster + bacon = heaven). Forget about... More

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no idea what types of oysters to try so our server made a selection for us to try out which was great. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We also enjoyed another worker who came by all the tables... More

It was my second time to this oyster house, I always order their fresh oyster, its very very delicious, the atmosphere is so relaxing with modern décor, can't eat all kinds of oyster at one time, will go back to try their different items, its little expensive but worth it.

Service is always prompt and friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. The food fits right in, too. Oysters are fresh, with a number of varieties to pick from. If you are a beginner then you will appreciate knowledgeable servers who will help you readily. I have only eaten lunch there, so I cannot speak to the dinner menu. As an... More

I have to be honest, this was one of the best dinner I ever eaten! Oysters were very very fresh and the most amazing thing was that you had the chance to completely invent a new dish with the oysters' number and type you prefer the most! I didn't drink wine but the bill wasn't exaggerated, anyway, for this type... More

My partner and I ate at Rodney's last week, and we had a great time. The waiter was knowledgable but not pushy, the food was good (the portions look smallish at first, but are very tasty and just the right amount in the end) and while it was a bit more expensive than other dinners I've had elsewhere, I'm happy... Our trip to Rodney's was not what we expected thinking it was a little more fine dining. If you are looking for a straight forward seafood place and don't want Reed Lobster than Rodney's will be perfect for you . The oyster selection is excellent but besides that a very limited menu. The ambiance is loud and the floor was... More
