I happen to write a complaint , but seems like it is going to ears who are stuffed with pride and ignorance. Sometimes restaurants like yours feel that they are doing good , but those who complain are the one who are giving you opportunity to improve as they like to come back if things are fixed...those who do not... I had an amazing time, an awesome place to have dinner with a dear one. The waiter kept checking on us to see if we were OK, rather than us calling on him. The only con was having my order served on a large plate, making it look very scantly scattered all over. It dnt appeal to me as hungry... More

The Reno looks good, but this place still has average food at above average pricing. Expect to pay at least $50/person if you get an appetizer, main and drink.

If you have time, a good budget and like high quality food, this is the place for you. This restaurant has a wide variety of food choices. Since it specializes in marine food, I recommend trying only seafood dishes. It is a shame that their stakes aren´t as good as their seafood. Personally, I loved the bread served at the... More

The wait staff was very attentive our waiter Nab was very willing to take a photo for us and actually put effort into it, we appreciated it greatly. The food was OK, not bad but not great. I got a burger, it was cooked as asked, but the plating was very poor. I have seen fast-food presented better.

Dined at the dufferin street location in Toronto. Only hood thing was the food. The service I received was horrible. My servers name was Tien. When I asked for no tartar sauce with my fish and chips and instead have an extra ketchup he still brought the tartar sauce. That wouldn't have been a big deal but when I asked... More

Service was shocking; staff talking amongst themselves while "serving" you. Don't even attempt this place if you have any allergies or dietary requirements- they can not cater for it and will make you feel like a pain.
