Used to come here for years. Last week they refused to honour a coupon that they themselves put out. The owner flat-out refused to accept it. So, after my last experience there I doubt I'll ever go back. They could have honoured their own discount and kept the customer. Also, recently, they received a conditional pass during a health inspection... More

I've lived in Toronto since 96 now, in the midst of all the Ethiopian shops and restos, and have tried all the well regarded Ethiopian haunts (from Yonge St to Bloor W to Queen W). Queen of Sheba is the best, by far, in my opinion. Their spicing is the best, you get more delicious food than at the other... More

I need to spread the word that Queen of Sheba kept my credit card number and charged it again 6 weeks after my last visit. There were 2 charges made on the same day - one was reversed by them before my bill even came in, the other was not. But even if it too had been reversed, it's disturbing... More

A little bit of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant but the food never ceases to impress my stomach. Tasty but not overwhelming, their injara is perfect!

It's definitely not anything pretty to look at, but the food is incredible, and for only $10/person, you'll be full for days. Go for the Ethiopian coffee, it comes on a tray with incense and is absolutely amazing.

Excellent food - order the platter with a group to get a good selection of the food; for a good experience finish off with a pot of coffee at the end.

I love the ambiance of the place - like a family's kitchen where you are always welcome. Excellent price for a good meal.

Delicious, eat with your fingers food. The service is a bit slow but it's worth the wait every time.

Maybe i just don't totally love Ethipian food, but the cold bread doesn't do it for me. The many vegan lentils do though...
