Disappointing: over sweet under spicy

Service was good, made one mistake but was honest and otherwise everyone was pleasant and attentive. Prices were not unreasonable but nothing special. Portion sizes were very generous. Appetizers: Tried the sampler. Satay had good flavour but were a little over done and tough on the outside... read more

Service was good, made one mistake but was honest and otherwise everyone was pleasant and attentive. Prices were not unreasonable but nothing special. Portion sizes were very generous. Appetizers: Tried the sampler. Satay had good flavour but were a little over done and tough on the outside, calamari and deep fired rolls were unremarkable. Cold spring rolls were delicious although... More

Best authentic Pad Thai I've eaten in a long time. The egg wrapping the pad thai gives it a very nice touch. Definitely a place to visit again when in Toronto. Excellent value for the money.

Pi-Tom won't be along much longer before it gets bulldozed to make way for a new condo, and frankly it won't be much of a loss when it goes. The place looks old and run down, with formica tables and chairs that appear like they were bought at an office liquidation sale. Portions were of good size/value for the price... More

Have been to Pi Tom many times and always enjoy it. Food is excellent. I've never been disappointed. Everyone I have referred to Pi Tom has become a fan. Can't wait to go back!

Not a lot of ambiance here, no fancy linnens, tacky decor, and so-so service, but the food was authentic, homemade recipies, and absolutely delicious. Wait staff, young Thai women, were not interested in their jobs, no enthusiasm, and no attention to details. I dian woman at the table next to us ordered a vegitarian meal, not uncommon in this heavily... More

This is a place of 2 halfs - the food is really nice, tasty and great portions. It is a wide menu which is very reasonable in price The service on the other hand is really poor. We went on a Sunday evening and sat on the patio, there were not many tables but it still took 20 before our... More

I can't imagine that anyone enjoys the food here! Everything we ordered was at best mediocre, at worst, terrible. The shrimp had a musty taste, like it was old. (we left it) What was supposed to be spicy had NO heat. Overall, the flavours were bland, and disappointing. If that wasn't bad enough, the waitress was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We... More

Service there was terrible. The food was luke warm, the food was overpriced and mediocre. They ran out of toilet paper (even asked for more and they gave us serviettes instead) and soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for utensils and napkins - i don't know why they just don't have it ready on the table like most... More

The food was reasonably priced and was very tasty. The service was also great. Only thing I would want to wish for would be that they made the dishes much more hotter. I am one of those people who LOVE hot/spicy food. I asked for them to make it very hot "Thai Hot" but was disappointed at the level it... More

Being vegetarians my partner and I are used to a lot of restaurants not having much we want to eat. We saw the menu at this restaurant and it had a separate vegetable section with tofu dishes that looked interesting. We ordered a mixed veg with tofu and cashew nuts stir fry. According to the menu it was supposed to... More
