My wife and I eat here whenever we visit Toronto. The food is always very good and prices are fair. Their soup is always great and served very quickly. The issue that I have with this place is with the servers. They come out and just about throw the food at you as they come by and are very rude.... More

I was there last weeek with a friend, we were new in this city and just didn't know what we can eat. We went into this Vietnamese Restaurant and they were really friendly. We looked through the Menu and asked some stuff we didn't know what it is and they explained it pretty good :) At the end we still... More

No frills, prompt service, cash only. Forget warm smiles; you're here for the food, and that's okay by me. It's not a matter of lowered expectations; many Asian food places are about speed and tastiest options. I had to ask for double amount of condensed milk for my Vietnamese coffee, which I poured over ice. Once that was done, I... More

I found this among a list of Toronto's best pho. I hope not. The broth was extremely bland -- there was a hint of anise and cinnamon on the nose but none on the palette. They were pretty stingy with the protein, and the add-ins weren't spectacular. Combine the not spectacular food with the negligent service and the cash-only policy... More

I had seen this place always full so I went in on my final night in Toronto. Had grilled curry chicken with vermicelli, wonton soup and a strawberry shake. Absolutely delicious and filling without breaking the bank. People were continually entering and leaving which to me is a sign of a popular establishment. I'm glad I ate here. Oh, and... More

I love Vietnamese food, in particular for its use of fresh herbs and salads, but I actually do not like pho, just as I do not like any soup (unless I'm ill). Pho Hung is famed as one the best pho in Toronto, but I can testify that all the other dishes are excellent. I stayed away from the soup,... More

Coming from California and having relatives who are Vietnamese, I gave up years ago trying to find an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Toronto. Well, wasn't I pleasantly surprised when a friend from the Ukraine suggested this restaurant! What does a person from the Ukraine know about Vietnamese pho? Well, she sure knew what tasted good. She used to be a... More

Had the Pho Thai (rare beef) and it was amazing. Best Pho I have had yet. When going here don't expect much chit chat with the servers as they are all extremely busy and really just want to get you in and get you out. So not the best place to come for a date. That being said, it's great... More
