Great Oysters and Lovely Waitress

Had dinner in Oyster Boy on our first night in Toronto, and really enjoyed it. The Oyster menu is very comprehensive so asked for advice on which Oysters to order from our waitress Jen. Went to Oyster Boy for dinner and overall we (3 of us) were not disappointed. For appetizers we had sturgeon ceviche, crab cakes, and Brussel sprouts w/ bacon - all excellent! Dinner was good but not as good as the appetizer. The steak fries was wonderful, and the calamari was delicious. Only the fish and chips didn't live up to... More

We had 24 oysters with the two of us and shared a lobster. Excellent oysters and lobsters. Go for the Irish and Malpeque and drink the Chablis. You surely will enjoy. Oyster Boy supplies oysters to other restaurants; quality guaranteed.

after hearing its reputation at the tripadvisor, my boyfriend and I decided to try this hidden gem at Trinity Bellwoods, definitely beyond my expectation, If you are an oyster fanatic, that's the right place you should try!

This was about our fourth time going to Oyster Boys and have always enjoyed it. The oysters we had were fresh and appropriately presented. The chowder was creamy and good. We order the grill special. There was a lot of food. However, the half-lobster was cold in the middle, and the large shrimp were chewy and without much taste. Our... More

Visited this place for the first time. Had a mixed oyster platter and it was great. Lobster was very nice and presented really well on a wooden tray. Only thing I wouldn't recommend was the mussels as they were very tough and chewy. I will be back for the oysters.

Good service, and very tasty oysters- different options for oysters, we asked the staff (as hubby and I are mot really oyster experts), and male staff happily described them to us. Menu has good selection, including non seafood items. Will def. come back :-)

We visited this very small restaurant early on Saturday evening. It was almost full. The menu offered many oyster choices and great offerings for those who do not love oysters...poor them !! We started with the Sturgeon ceviche which was most delicious, lovely large chunks and super for sharing. My husband ordered the halibut, which was beautifully presented on a... More

We chose this restaurant based on previous reviews on Tripadvisor. I would fully agree with the other reviewers. The oyster selection is excellent. The service is attentive and friendly. We had a great time. A bit on the pricey side, but you do get quality. Will return for sure when we are in the city.
