Wonderful every time!!!

This is the best Fish and Chips in town. Always excellent. Halibut is great. Fries are wonderful. Atmosphere is fun. Great choice.

After years of hearing about the place, we finally decided to stop by for lunch. The place was packed for a Friday. The hostess greeted us the moment we walked in and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server took our order and the food was served within minutes. We had the fish and chips lunch special for $8.75.... More

We had dinner at the Olde Yorke Fish & Chips last night and it was amazing! We all really enjoyed the fish & chips. The Clam chowder is also delicious. I highly recommend it as well as the Halibut. We love going there because we never get a bad meal or bad service. You can always count on them to... More

Probably the best fish n chips in the city. They even have mashed peas! We have gone here for years. Price adds up, but it's worth the occasional visit on a Friday when you just have to have fish n chips (other days are great too, it's just for some of us this is the traditional Friday evening fare).

This is after all Fish and Chips in a pub like setting. The fish and chips are good but for the price i expected better. The price of the wines, all the wines at $11.50 for a 9 oz and over $40 a bottle is way off the mark especially for a pub.

As an Englishman, finding 'good' fish and chips on my travels can be a challenge. The Olde Yorke does a great job though - fish was perfectly cooked and tasty (I had halibut) and the chips were perfect; the chowder was good but the fish stole the show! Service was very good but queuing outside in the cold (this place... More

I have been multiple times, and I have enjoyed it every single time I've been there. It's very authentic English pub fare, my only suggestion would be to go early for dinner because there is always a line up, but rightly so!

If you want to have a great meal without waiting, show up at 5:00-5:30pm. When I first moved to this neighborhood 15 years ago, I knew the restaurant was great as there were old people (grey tops) lined out the door. The food and service is consistently fantastic. As I have seen some new wait staff over the years, there... More
