A meal at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. We invest meticulous attention to our decor so our guests feel as though they're stepping into another world. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays and an old-fashioned trolley car that doubles as a dining hall. Nearly every item on The Old Spaghetti Factory's menu is made on-site, from scratch, using fresh ingredients. Unlike most restaurants, when you order our entrees, we serve you a complete meal, which includes bread, soup or salad, and dessert. And with our famous kid's menu, special treats and fun activities, we encourage families to feel at home in our restaurants. The Old Spaghetti Factory is still family owned and operated and we welcome your family to join ours for a memorable dining experience.

Good location

Went to the Spaghetti Factory after the Blue Jays game. It's in a great location to get a lot of the downtown business. Every entry comes with bread, soup or salad and ice cream, a lot of food for the price being paid. The quality of the food was average. I mainly eat here due to the location and... read more

Went here for a friend's birthday this weekend, and hadn't been for a good 15 years prior. The food was what you would expect from an Italian-esque chain. Nothing too fancy, but very good none the less. Had chicken parm and it was good, along with the caesar salad, which was a little light on dressing and other caesar fixings.... More

Talk about ambiance! My husband and I had dinner in an old elevator, a cozy spot for two. We even found our initials carved in the wood by my chair. The elevator box was very cool - glass ceiling, grating on two walls. The service from Allison was quick, friendly and accurate. My stand by spaghetti and meatballs was delicious... More

This is a very large mock art deco restaurant in an old warehouse. If you are age less than 10 you will love it, if you are less than 16 you will like it and if you are older you are likely to be here with your children. The food is average at best. If you are someone who enjoys... More

A fun, casual place. Great for kids or really hungry people! Unlimited bread with your pasta and big portions - absolutely not for gourmets, but a fun trip once in a while.

"The Old Spaghetti Factory family restaurants offer a unique family friendly dining experience and delicious Italian food" . This is very bad food and quite honestly an insult to Italians. To make Italian pasta and spaghetti is not difficult or expensive. Clearly the sauces here are made under some weird bulk recipe or made in a huge factor "from scratch"... More

We appreciate you taking time to share feedback from your visit last summer. We're sorry that there were parts of your visit that were not satisfying and hope that you had a chance to let your server know so that they could take the opportunity to find you something else from our extensive menu offering that you might enjoy more.... I've heard great things about it and tonight was my first time. We were there with a large group for two birthdays. We had two wait staff, who were both (understandably) busy. The food was great and given the amount of people, a decent wait time. I enjoyed the nostalgic look of the restaurant and a pretty good price too... More

We brought our kids here years ago, when they were little and it was a lot of fun. I returned recently with a group of women and it wasn't as fun as I remembered it. The food wasn't great. Some memories should be left in the past.

First time in the Toronto branch, but same quality of service and food. Wonderful decor and styling and great menus, particularly like the way the bread & garlic butter just appear immediately.

Great food, amazing service and incredible experience. Definitely a place to visit and enjoy :) As a group we ate there twice in the same week because we enjoyed our meal so much. Everyone in the party enjoyed their food and both of the servers were so very attentive and good! Hats off!
