Quick in and out. Cheery and family atmosphere. Good portions and great service. Food was good. Kids enjoyed it and so did we. Easy to fine. Municipal parking lot wasn't too expensive and easy to find. Close to St Lawrence markey

Took my daughter for her birthday. The restaurants decor was very interesting, service was great but the food was extremely bland. I don't know what kind of dressing was on the caesar salad but it was not caesar...tasted like watered down ranch. Chicken parmesean was hard, overcooked and flavorless for $22. It didn't taste like there was seasoning in anything.... More

Loads of food which tasted great. The warm bread and garlic butter were delicious. The pasta too. The waitress was attentive and seemed very courteous.

We arrived and asked if we could sit outside. We were promptly seated and then forgotten. We sat for about 15 minutes before we were able to stop a server and ask for menus. Many servers looked at us while we were sitting there and never offered menus, a drink order etc. We should have left then......but we didn't. When... More

This restaurant is a fun, different place in downtown Toronto. Food can be rated as average to good depending on how picky you are. We have been going since it opened, only had one bad meal, the veal, recently it has changed and it is more a processed veal cutlet but the chicken parm is still very good. All the... More

I'd been here once before and though the food was average, I wanted to bring my husband and children. We had our hotel call ahead so our table was almost ready when we arrived from our walk. This restaurant is so unique - you can dine on a merry-go-round or in a bed! Our server was excellent and the food... More

It is a large part of Toronto's history. It is fun for the kids and a place to sit and tell stories of days past and recount some of the changes in Toronto. As for the Italian eatery aspect.....Let's just say no! There are so many excellent choices for real Italian food in the city, do your homework and choose... More

I'm baffled as to why this establishment is so highly rated as family friendly. It was near-empty when we visited ( two adults a child and two seniors) and astonishingly we were asked to wait for ten minutes. Oh and by the way I am wearing a cast on one hand as well. When we asked if we could simply... More

We recently dined at the Old Spaghetti Factory, which we have enjoyed in the past. This time, we were sadly disappointed by a very unprofessional server. Our server was distant, rude, dismissive and seemed bothered any time he was asked for anything, not only from us, but from everyone in the area we were sitting. We just asked for water... More

We had dinner here and staff was very good serving us. The food was pasta of course which we like and can cooked well and very tasty. I hate over cooked pasta and they did not do that, it was just right. They have the restaurant decorated with alot of antiques and alot of old glass artifacts, very interesting. Rest... More
