This is my 5 the visit to this amazing little Nepalese restaurant. Its one of those fantastic little finds I occasionally make that I want to share with family and good friends. The food is superb - authentic, delicious and fresh tasting. We asked about the delicious bread and they took our whole group to the kitchen to show us... More

We had the non-veg combo plate plus a keema appetizer. We both ate well and had enough left over for take away and a meal the next day. I have to be careful with spicy food, so ordered the mild spicing. It still has some heat but not too much. The food is very flavorful and has great variety. Service... More

My husband and I had a terrific meal here last weekend, snowed in in Toronto and very cold. The restaurant was an oasis of warmth and hospitality. We shared the set meal for two, very good value and really well cooked, more than enough food, really helpful staff.

We had the non veg meal for 2. At 38.99 good value. Ordered a beer but it didn't arrive and had to remind the waiter. Then came quickly. Food delivered all at once other than rice pudding. Reasonable sized portions. Ok but would choose separate items another time.

We live in the neighbourhood and Mt. Everest is our restaurant of choice when we eat Indian cuisine. Food is consistently good, the staff is pleasant and helpful. We always order "medium" and it's plenty spicy.

The restaurant has both Nepalese and Indian cuisine and do sort of fusion dishes. They have an outside terrace but we ate indoors which is tastefully furnished. It's not high end but the food was good and reasonably priced. I had the Everest platter which has a range of Nepalese dumplings and Indian curry. The staff were very helpful and... More

Last weekend, my family celebrated a birthday at Mt. Everest, which was my first time at 469 Bloor West. I used a Groupon coupon, which was the same $20 savings (I later found) given also--viewable online--at the restaurant's website "specials" with gift certificate discounts. The four or five servers, who delivered over a hundred dollars of food to our table... More

If you need your subcontinent spice fix, head to Mt. Everest for a good selection of Nepal and Indian dishes. I experienced more hot than flavor, so request your temperature level when ordering. Service is warm and attentive.

Went there just so my friend could try momos, the dumplings from the Himalayas. They were quite good! Service and food were all good. The only complaint I have is the décor. It's nice and trendy, not what you'd think of as a Himalayan restaurant. So if you're look for ambience or and ethnic event, this isn't the place.

Loved the food. Just had takeout, chicken biryani and naan. Just under 20 and more food than I could eat. Flavour of the food was amazing. Most authentic flavour I have had in this country. Wait staff was so helpful. So many more things on the menu I want to try.
