I booked a party this past Saturday for my birthday, there was about 10 of us all together and we were all seated in a long table closer to the dance floor. The customer service was bang on from the start. All my guests were happy with there choice of entrées, our server provided us with his... read more

Had Chilean sea bass for just under $50 including gratuity and tax. I did not expect that to be like 2 oz portion though (roughly 1" x 1" x 3"); just around half of what other places serve. Marlowe...Really!?!! This is only Chilean Sea bass which is not even a bass and it is not an expensive fish - seriously.... More

Hello and thank you for your comments. We certainly apologize if your portion of fish was not up to your value standards. Generally our Chilean Seabass (patagonian toothfish) is portioned 6-7 oz so any portion under that, would not meet our value standards. I personally did an inspection of the kitchen line and you were absolutely right. The portion size... More

We went here because The Keg and Moxie's were fully booked and we had to wait there about 25 min. So we decided to try Marlowe because they had a big sign "2015 year of excellence" . Big mistake! It will not happen again. Steak is not good and is served poorly. We served one steak (10 oz that looked... More

We booked our business lunch weeks ago, and less than 24 hours before the lunch, the restaurant staff called and said either we move our reservation an hour earlier or an hour later otherwise they cannot accommodate us because the owner decided to accommodate another party and will cancel our booking. This is totally unprofessional and ridiculous of the way... More

It was a year and a half ago that we last ate here. This time, being quite late, we had little choice of where to go, so we ended up at Marlowe's. The pizza this time was crispy and excellent. The pork chop was also not bad. Service was pleasant and attentive. However the live music was so loud as... More

I was brought there by my coworkers for a dinner celebrating my upcoming wedding. We showed up a little before the 6pm reservation and were made to wait. At 6 sharp, we were led to a long row of tables at the back of the restaurant. The servers were adequately attentive if not a little serious. The food was very... More

Wonderful decor, food was good, but quite pricey. As such, we expected the level of service to match. Our server was training a new person. ( we didn't mind that). I had a problem with the attitude of the server - somewhat snobbish, and fake/insincere. She didn't apologize when we pointed out that the bill brought to us by the... More

If you sit away from the bar area, the atmosphere is quite nice. Had the French onion soup - fantastic, so cheesy and a lot of onion; ordered a special that was pork tenderloin. The first time it was very overdone and the second time it was bleeding in the middle. The waitress was fantastic and offered me something else.... More

- My wife and I arrived at about 7:15pm. The evening started off nicely with a atmosphere similar to The Keg. The waiting time for a table was about 30 minutes, so we went to the bar for a drink. - At about 7:45pm we are offered a table for two. - At 8:15pm the waitress comes to take orders... More

Our party expected to do some dancing after dinner. Food was okay together with the drinks although expensive. The dance floor was 90% guys observing the 10% dancers on the floor. A real turn off. It seemed like more of a pick up joint rather than a place to enjoy some dancing. It was scary.
