Better than expected

This places main attraction is its patio during the summer and location on Baldwin street (close to the AGO). I went here with a friend on a Friday night and was able to score a patio table. I ordered one of their strawberry margaritas as well as the chicken enchiladas and the guac and chips to... read more

A family friend and his wife had a serious car accident at the beginning of December and it was no fault of their own as there were rear ended. Over a long recovery period my friend was transferred to the Toronto Recovery Institute on University and I wanted to spring him from the joint for some grub. The nurse on... More

My friend brought me here knowing I'd like it... And he wasn't wrong! The food is amazing and incredibly authentic - it's almost like you're seating at a Mexican restaurant in Mexico. Service was also exceptional; aside from a great job on the server's end, it was an extremely hot day and she was checking up on us constantly to... More

This is a restaurant on the fantastic Baldwin Street in Toronto. The inside has two floors, but come in nice weather when you can sit on the patio outside. Came with a friend just for drinks and some appetizers. Food is good, and the mangoritas were fantastic.

Service was good. The guac was premade. The salsa was bland. The beans were very uninspiring. Called it a day before ordering a main course. Nice setting, but not good food.

The food here is perfect Mexican for Canadians - by which I mean tacos with really well done fillings, burritos, enchiladas and so forth. Lots of margarita options as well. It's pretty small but the service is very good and the food was very well done!

Ok, it is not the gourmet food, but it is decent and consistent a startling combination for Margaritas. The staff are nice people and very considerate. We really like Said. Their Margaritas are excellent. I love the fish tacos, they are always fresh with pico de gallo. The shrimp fajitas are good but you have to ask for them, since... More

Every time I go to Toronto I always visit this restaurant. It is a quaint little restaurant with the best food! The staff are so attentive and friendly. Try the authentic totopos...nachos. Unlike any nachos you have ever tried unless you have been to Mexico.

I had the tortia soup which was the best I have ever had. Everything we tried was excellent, I highly recommend it. This is the one the hotel manager recommended.

Take it from me and the other reviews, do not bother going here. For Mexican food, try anywhere else in the Baldwin area. The guac did not taste fresh, they did not explain the food well at all and no one was happy with their meal. The only positives are their massive drinks (with massive prices) and their comical menu.... More
