The food is well cooked and tastes good but not great. The service is the worst ever. They have lots of people but they do not want to do anything. No waiter would get us the drinks we ordered, would not serve us the bread. Would clear the plates, we had to go to the desk to pay. The servers... More

Great tasting, well cooked food every time we go. Everything I have tried there is amazing. The lamb, steak, shrimp skewers are spectacular. Good value for money. Service is also great. A little loud in there at times because it's so popular and busy.

Toronto-based friends suggested this tourist-free gem that's an 8-minute walk from the Eglinton subway stop, and it appears to have a very loyal local following. I was avoiding meat this particular Friday, and was fearful there'd be little in a standard Middle East-fare restaurant to fill that gap. But the grilled ("barbecued") shrimp were astonishingly good, seemingly bathed in spices... More

Some facts on Jerusalem - it's the first middle eastern restaurant in toronto - they've been around since 1971 so questions about the food should be answered in that fact alone. This is the original location and the food is outstanding. The dinner combo for 2 is a staple and covers all the bases. The value for your money is... More

FYI this is not the buffet restaurant on Leslie……… I am a regular to this restaurant on Eglinton. In general the food is usually consistent and good tasting. Usually one main course dish is good enough. You will be stuffed! The hot and cold apps dish is really good to share with a group. After bring many of my friends... More

I went to Jerusalem last week for the dinner buffet, I was disappointed with the quality of food they offer. Its true they have a lot of variety but the quality was the opposite. Both my wife and I had diarrhea the same night, a lot of food remains every night and they use it the next day etc...

I went on a Saturday night and had the buffet. I ate a lot of meat: lamb, beef and chicken plus seafood like bass, shrimp and mussels. I also had some salad, sweet peppers and dessert. Dessert was nothing special although the watermelon was excellent. I never eat filler at buffets (rice, noodles, etc...). I went with a group of... More

This has been my favourite restaurant since I was a kid and I return yearly for my birthday. It's a 90 minute drive and worth every km! I dream about this place! You must have the dinner for two with all the dips. Best value and variety. I also recommend the kafta! The baba ganoush is superb...my family fights over... More

A fantastic spread of good food, good service and we thoroughly enjoyed the belly dance. A must visit for food lovers. Good place for the family to enjoy delectable dishes. Simply remarkable.

This has been on the must eat list everytime we visit Toronto. It is a small but great restaurant. We always order the family menu in mutiples of 2 or 4 depending. The menu for 2 will feed 3 hungry people no problem! The menu for 4 offers both the grilled eggplant as well as cooked Tomatoes. The menu for... More
