Finally went to Jamie Kennedy's Wine Bar to spend our $200 gift card (3 years late!). The place was packed on a Wednesday evening, so we sat at the bar to avoid the 1 hr or so wait for a table. The bar stools are quite uncomfortable, but the bar is beautiful, and you can get a full view of... more

When you are in Toronto for 10 days and go back to the same restaurant 3 times, you know you've discovered something special. Canadian celebrity chef Jamie Kennedy's Wine Bar had come highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Tucked in a discrete doorway on Church Street, this little gem of a restaurant puts out tasting dishes of carefully thought... more

We heard good things about this place and were not disappointed. We sat at the bar that surrounded the food prep area and enjoyed watching the chefs prepare the dishes and shared some banter with them. The dishes were refreshingly different and tasty, presented with a nice description of each. Don't miss eating here. more

This restraunt is truly exceptional. The staff are fantastic and could not be nicer. Had wonderful service on a very busy evening, in fact we felt like we were the most important people in the restraunt. The food was flawless - every dish was better than the last with quality of ingrediants and preparation very evident. Exceptional selection of wines... more

Wonderful service on a very busy evening. The tapas were above expectation and our experience as a whole flawless. Excellent wines, a bit pricey, but outstanding wine service even with a packed house. A MUST for anyone visiting Toronto! more

I had read the reviews to go here and it went above and beyond any place to eat. The staff/chefs were so great. My husband & I sat at the chef bar at the end. We got to see all the food go out. I highly recommmend sitting there!! We only went for one app. but after watching it all... more

We had a very enjoyable evening here, over several bottles of wine. The flexibility of multiple small dishes was much appreciated by the group. We liked the room and the service. The food was so-so+. Not overwhelmed but will almosr certainly go back. more
