Delicious Adventure

The dishes are delicious, fresh, and filling. The glasses of wine are well worth it for the portions are generous. The rice pudding was delicious though the presentation lacked a little. I wish it had been served in a cup or glass of some sort instead of a flat dinner plate. The space is clean... read more

Part of me wants to give this restaurant 4 stars and part wants to give them a one star rating. The atmosphere was nice. The service was slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We both enjoyed the large Dhaba Platter appetizer. It is larger than an entree. The items were all served together on the platter. Many of... More

This meal started with warm tasty, perfectly spiced papadum. The samosas were nicely matched with curried chick peas and a spicy sauce that was not too hot. Our waiter suggested the Madras Josh Curry as the meat dish to go with our vegetable dishes and he was right on the mark. We spent nearly 2.5 hours enjoying our family meal... More

My lovely bride and I picked this place based on a comprehensive menu and proximity to Roy Thomson Hall. We arrived at 6:30 and were able to comfortably get to RTH in just enough time. The service was very good. Friendly and efficient. But subdued which is perfect. We essentially split a meal of standards like samosa, butter chicken and... More

We went there on valentines day, they had their own special menu But I wanted to try something else as being vegetarian, that menu did not impress me much. They gave us the normal menu and we ordered pander curry, daal and tandoori roti as main course. Food quality and taste were great. Will visit it again :)

Other good reviews and a menu with plenty of vegetarian options drew us to 309 Dhaba Indian Restaurant. The restaurant is in area with lots of eating options including other Indian eating establishments but we went upstairs and checked it out. The restaurant is relatively modern although it looks it if it has aged. Service was attentive but our the... More

Went there for the buffet lunch, which was good along with wide variety of salads..curries and preparations were good as well....although the taste and flavours were not that great as compared to the Aroma few steps away..which was a great experience...but over all Dhaba is good and i would recommend.

Visited this restaurant with a friend. Arrived for an early sitting - around 5 pm - and diners were just beginning to arrive. We were seated promptly and the staff were very friendly. I did not try any of the meat options - being with a vegetarian friend - but the dishes we did have were delicious, fresh and hot.... More
