Great food, even better service

From the maitre'd to the amazing bar staff, we were 14 for dinner and hey didn't miss a beat. It was simply delicious Italian food supported by a great staff. We will definitely be back.

I was at this restaurant and totally not impressed at all. I ordered my drink 3 times and never got it but was stilled charged, my food took so long to come that I was asked by the waiter, if I still wanted my food. When I got my food it wasn't that great, I ordered the steak and I... More

Amazing restaurant to organize a venue or simply to dine as well. I have done both and they are very friendly. Staff took care of everything and made great suggestions as well. Food is uncomplicated and delicious. Wine selection is good too.

Since CL has moved from College into this spot on Avenue just south of Davenport, it's lost its vibe. This exact spot was the new Vittorio's just before CL took it over, and I have to admit that I really miss Vittorio's Monday night lobster linguine deal. Sadly, since CL took over this much smaller (than before) space, the vibe... More

Interesting Italian restaurant with excellent service. The evening we went was quiet, although, we were told, that was because of the time of the year and the fact that the restaurant had recently moved from its previous location in Toronto's Little Italy. First rate appetizer salads followed by interesting and well prepared (i.e., al dente enough) pasta dishes. Wine list... More

In my family we cook, and we cook very well. When we go out dining, its always about relaxing, being served, feeling well taking care of....well dint happened that time at that restaurant...the energy was so down, dining room was very dark, our server had fear written all over his face and a manager(or a person in charge) was very loud... I remember this place when it was the heartbeat of Little Italy n the 1990s. This Italian restaurant was previously located at 602 College St, and is now reinvigorating Avenue Rd (south of Davenport). Would you call this neighbourhood North Yorkville? or East Annex? whatever it is , the area is going Italian! Its a handy spot for meeting people... More

First time at the restaurant but read reviews as it was our friends birthday and wanted to go somewhere new and nice, was so very happy with this choice. we ate both grilled and fried calamari, sea bass, gnocchi, osso bucco, and penne, every dish was delicious and the desserts were amazing as well. The waiters were all super friendly... More

To be honest it wasn't my first time dining at Coco Lezzone. This has always been my go to place ever since their days on College St. The new location on Avenue Road still has that cool vibe and the staff are so accommodating. After tasting the Osso Buco I knew I ordered one of the best dishes on the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
